Pretty condo close to the strip

Great stay. Enjoyed the spacious condo with all the modern ammenities

I was in Vegas to help out a sick parent for a bit. This place worked well and was cheaper than the hotel I was staying at prior. With a good kitchen, I did not have to eat out, saving me even more.

The unit was okay, but lacked attention to many details that you would expect.

Pros: the condo was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious for two people and a doggie! Close to lots of stores and amenities and parking is great. Good distance to the strip as well. Cons: there were several minor things about the condo that didn't work during our stay (one sink in bathroom, bottom lock on door, and ice maker on fridge). All in all, it was a good stay.

The property was lovely and quiet, which I loved! Host was easy to communicate with. Two very small situations that I reported and was told they’d be resolved. I’d stay here again on another trip.

The place is perfect for 1-2 people which is centrally located between all attractions from the strip to the motor speedway. Host was very responsive via text. We were from out of state and appreciated stores close by for small essentials.. you cant go wrong w this host.

The condo was adorable. And we would definitely stay again. Exactly how pictures showed.

The condo was perfect. We really enjoyed staying there. The host was helpful and informative. We will look to stay here on our next trip to Las Vegas.

I was satisfied with my stay at Dylan's unit. It has all the qualities you need in a rental: The unit, which had been recently remodeled, was large and very clean. The bed (memory foam) was comfortable, and the shower was hot with good pressure. It's also conveniently close to a grocery store and gas station. Communication is great as well: I had trouble accessing the wifi my first night there, and the hosts responded within half an hour of my phone call, despite the fact that it was nearly 9pm. I was in town on business, and I also personally appreciated that I could get to the trade show within 10 minutes without using the I-15. It was nice to not have to deal with traffic jams in the morning!The only downside (for me) was that the air conditioning was distractingly loud--I just couldn't tune it out. Closing the bedroom door and putting in earplugs was the only fix. Again, this could be just me. If you don't mind white noise, it shouldn't be a problem. I appreciate Dylan's good communication, before, during and after, and for the comfortable stay!

Condo was nice, no written instructions/ places near by available in the place. Had to search for towels since they were hidden away. No internet the whole time even though we contacted the owner and reset the modem. Also received no instructions on where to find the entrance to the place and it was further away from the strip than indicated.

Very clean, and comfortable condo. Strip is about 15-20 min away. Would definitely stay here again.
