This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat on the 6th floor boasts a wrap-around balcony offering breathtaking views of the Gulf Coast. With over 2,300 square feet of living space, this condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests.
Interior: This rare corner unit offers spectacular views from every angle, with walls of floor-to-ceiling glass allowing for uninterrupted vistas of the Gulf.
Recently remodeled from floor to ceiling, this unit features all-new bedroom furniture as of 2024. The living room is equipped with a pole-mounted 77” 4K OLED TV with soundbar/subwoofer, providing an immersive entertainment experience and plenty of comfortable seating.
Each bedroom features its own sliding glass door providing access to the 120 feet of tiled balcony. The main bedroom boasts a king-size bed, ample dresser space, and a contemporary glass and metal computer desk with beach views. The main bath features a large vanity with double sinks, a massive backlit mirror, and a walk-in shower with a shower panel system.
The two additional ensuite bathrooms have been upgraded with custom tiled showers and modern tubs, providing a luxurious experience for guests. An abundance of natural lighting floods the unit through 170 feet of glass walls, complemented by new LED fixtures and dimmers throughout the space.
Kitchen: The spacious open floor plan includes a large kitchen area with modern high-end finishes, stainless steel appliances, a separate icemaker/wet bar, and all the modern conveniences of home. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a special edition Keurig coffee maker for your convenience.
For added convenience and entertainment, the condo includes a selection of DVDs, board games, puzzles, and two card tables with chairs. Guests are welcome to use the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling cart, coolers, boogie boards, and outdoor games during their stay.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

    The condo is impressive, up to date and has amazing views. I wish they would provide extra trash sacks, (only has 1 in trash can) a small thing of liquid dish soap and an extra roll of toilet paper. Maybe salt and pepper. I don't expect it to be fully stocked just bare minimums for the cost.

    Great place for 3 couples! The half bath was a great extra. The place is beautiful and ever amenity you need. FYI hall thermostat controls temperature in all 3 bedrooms. Wasn’t told and first night with doors shut rooms got hot. They recommend 2 degrees temperature between thermostats but wasn’t enough if you close doors. Did 4 degrees and worked great rest of weekend.

    This unit is probably one of the best units I’ve stayed in at Orange Beach. It was very spacious and clean with a great kitchen set up that accommodated the 6 adults traveling with me. If this unit is available on my next trip, I will likely book it again.

    We liked that it wasn’t too big, the time of year we picked was perfect, it too crowded. Loved indoor pool and especially pickleball court!!

    Condo was great - lots of space, all the extras. Kitchen had all the gadgets, and owners had tons of games and puzzles available not to mention a closet full of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys). Great place, would go back in a heartbeat.

    We had a great trip with family, love the spacious open living area and all the natural light! Downside is no light fixture over kitchen table for games, etc and although there are 2 A/C units with specific directions on how to use to properly cool the unit equally, the master bedroom did not cool well at all!! We had to leave our door open every night to help have any cool air in. Very hot in August weather.
