Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

    Loved the pool and easy axcess to the beach. We loved grilling out on the grills. Room had everything you needed. Wouldve been nice to have more towels for 7 days. And beds weren't very comfortable for us sheets were rough texture and mattress not friendly on our backs but we are also in our 40s. For the location though it was a great stay overall. Thank you for the stay!!

    Online pictures looked beautiful couldn’t wait to get there! Once inside the room all I seen were cobwebs and dirty baseboards, moldy shower, backed up sink drain in master bath, our sheets had stains, the headboard had dust on it, the ceiling fans full of dust, the couch smelled of urine! Stained up leather chair. Swimming pool was in poor condition, cracked tile. No bathrooms by pool encourages people to pee in the pool! Brett/Robinson needs to drop the cleaning fee for the level of cleanliness in this unit! Way Overpriced!

    We vacation in Gulf Shores every year. This was our first time in this building. The location is amazing, this condo is just darling. The renovation is perfect. The building itself is not. One elevator in operation, needs a facelift. The worst part, and the only reason this cute little condo didn’t get 5 stars is the rental company. The staff was rude, parking is ridiculous. One spot per unit! No matter how many people you have. All the while the lot was 3/4 empty with storage trailers and porta potties parked in spots. We were told by office staff to park 2 blocks away in public parking. When I pointed out (on the second day) that spots were open and we would pay extra, the staff person from Brett/Robison told me I was lying and she left at 11:00 pm and the lot was full. (Not true). I almost took daily picks but to be honest, it wasn’t worth it. We just won’t rent from B/R again. There are way too many other options. TO THE CONDO OWNERS: Your condo is just wonderful. The Reno is amazing. I even took a pic of the model of your new sofa as it was very comfortable.

    Dated but (my unit) Clean, we'll kept, Great View.. __- Needs door's safety Chain replaced & queen bedroom closet doors are off track. Told front desk at check in but safety chain was never replaced. . . Overall GREAT CONDO. ## I Would Stay here Again anytime

    We really enjoyed our visit and stay here. Staff was friendly and room was nice. Would recommend it and will probably try to stay here again!
