Stayed Aug 14, 2021We really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for us. Loved the pool and the lazy river. Beach access was amazing as was the view from the balcony. Very clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Would stay again.

Stayed Jun 5, 2021We LOVED the condo. BUT....there were issues. 1st---we had to buy a linen package. NEVER have I had to do this with a VRBO. PLUS....on the original listing it says linens included. Had to call 3 times to get the linens on first day. This was after I talked with a person via telephone before we went. The toilet broke in master bedroom the first day. Had to fill the tank everytime we flushed. A plumber came a day and a half later! Another toilet ran constantly! There were a few rolls of toilet paper, but not enough for a week with 8 guests. The WIFI was VERY spotty. Several rooms were unable to get WIFI at all. The office is off site, so you can't just go talk to a person. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, etc.

Stayed May 7, 2021This unit is wonderful. It is very clean, has a great view and is nicely stocked. The only issues I had were the amenities and the on site security guard. The amenities are what the kids are counting on. Online the property advertises an indoor pool, out door pool, two hot tubs and a lazy river. Everything was broke accept for the outdoor pool. Talking to the owners at the site, they shared that the HOA or property management company has refused to fix these items. Something to consider if you are counting on these amenities. The onsite security was very ignorant. Our friends had their 7 year old grandson with them and he is of mixed race. The security guard made openly racist comments about black people in front of him. He also presented significant bravado in his position and his ability to subdue people and throw down. He was just a dumb ass and we kind of felt sorry for him. However, you can't overlook an adult that makes racial comments about black people being trouble makers in front of a very young black boy. This just isn't right and should be addressed immediately.
