Stayed Feb 5, 2026Great location- walk to ski village, ski rental, and slopes, and close to a shuttle stop for a free ride to and from town. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. My only complaint was that the promised supplies such as coffee and shampoo were not provided. We informed the owner, and he said he would order more.

Stayed Jan 17, 2026Great Location! Ski trip with 3 friends and there was plenty of room for all of us. If you’re skiing you can walk across a parking lot to First Time lift or walk around the corner to Park City Mountain Village or catch the free bus right across from the property. Nice full kitchen with a drawer type fudge and freezer that was plenty big for our stay. Plus there is a great hot tub available.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Condo met our needs. It was clean and the kitchen was stocked pretty well. The fridge/freezer is a small drawer unit and was big enough to hold our groceries...we cooked 3 nights and it was sufficient. The unit was sometimes noisy in the early a.m.... it's a basement condo and the street above can be noisy with traffic/buses/plows. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfortable! You cannot beat the location! It's a short walk to Payday and Crescent lifts. Some helpful information: The main bedroom has a door that leads to the outside and there is a significant draft at the bottom bringing cold air in....we managed this by putting a towel down at the bottom. The property manager/host was not very responsive. I asked several times about the laundry situation with no response. We booked 11months out, which is when I asked the question but it was never acknowledged through the app. I resorted to calling him a few days before the trip to ask more important questions about parking. I asked again about laundry and check-out instructions via the app but they were never answered. (We found that laundry is a common shared facility, washer and dryer are each 2 to operate in quarters.)We never received any checkout instructions. I would recommend this place because of the price, location, and cleanliness. Don't expect much communication from the host.basbasement co do

Stayed Jan 25, 2025Great location and price. Noisy from neighbors and local traffic. Furniture was well worn and quite uncomfortable. Exterior door in main bedroom had cold anir flowing in ant the bottom. Early issues/questions to host were slow to get answers. Radiant baseboard heating did not work due to frozen zone valve. Host was quick to resolve with 2 space heaters that worked fine. Never received any checkout instructions. Not our favorite VRBO, but good enough for our needs at the time. Sorry…just being honest! This unit could be quite nice with some upgrades.

Stayed Jan 23, 2025Location was amazing. However, there were multiple hairs found in the bathroom and sheets. And empty Zyn can in one of the bedrooms. It has been nicely updated but the location is an odd basement apartment so you can hear a lot of traffic on the sidewalk and above apartment. The heater wasn’t working well. There was confusion on where to park and we were not given parking passes or access to their garage. Not sure if the listing states but the refrigerator is a small drawer unit. It served its purpose but simply not quite worth the price.

Stayed Jan 17, 2024We checked in late (about 10 pm) and the snow and darkness contributed to our confusion. Parking was not clearly posted and the property manager's directions were unclear. We finally found a garage with very limited parking. (It was full.) We saw other cars had guest parking permits. We were not provided a permit. We talked to the building manager the next day. He said we definitely needed a guest permit, but they had larger more immediate concerns about clearing the snow so we would be fine. Then our code to enter the door of the condo didn't work. I called the property manager and he unlocked it for us remotely and reset the code the next day. The exterior safety light outside of the condo's front door didn't work. That means the slippery stairwell was poorly lit. The condo itself is nice. It was recently renovated and some of the finishings still have the price tags on them. It has a new, clean feel. I reserved the condo for 5 people and we received exactly 4 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. Luckily there were 2 beach towels. We used one for our boots and the other in the bathroom. There were supposed to be linens in the chaise storage for the pull-out couch, but there were only like 8 pillow cases (no fitted or flat sheets). We stayed during Sundance and found the property convenient to many theaters and downtown. You can walk to Main Street in about 20 minutes. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it!
