Our villa is managed by Kiawah Island Resort program which entitles you to discounted Greens Fees at all 5 Kiawah Championship Golf Courses to include the Ocean Course, court fees at The Roy Barth Tennis Center, and access to the fitness center and Night Heron Recreational Center and all Pool and water partkl. Guests are charged a $45/amenity to enjoy these resources. I pay the $45/day amenity fee for my guests along with the $110 cleaning. I also pay the taxes. Thus, the Rental Fee is deeply discounted to assure my guests recieve the greatest value for their money. .
