This property offers a fabulous balcony overlooking Lionshead with a gas fireplace and a new outdoor hot tub. Overnight parking rates at the nearby Lionshead parking structure are set by the Town of Vail though recently have been $60 a day during the high season and free during shoulder season. Stayed Aug 22, 2025This condo is ideally situated in the Lionshead area of Vail. Many great restaurants and shops are within a short walking distance. Also, a nice hike to the Ford Gardens is easy from this location. We really enjoyed having a glass of wine on the patio as we soaked in the cool weather. Communication with the owners was outstanding.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Suited our needs for a weekend getaway. Clean, quiet, and walkable to anywhere in Lionshead and Vail Village. Conveniently located bus stop and nearby grocery store, restaurants and shops. We opted to use the public parking deck across the street as the paid parking behind the building was dark and isolated. Would stay again for a weekend visit.
