Powderhorn Rapids Condo: Walk To Slopes And Town

This has a wonderful view of the river and was very walkable to downtown. We liked the layout and thought there was plenty of room for our family of four. It worked perfectly for a summer trip to Breckenridge.

It was somewhat outdated but clean and in a great location to walk to ski 9.

This spot is a perfect location right on the river, you can walk into town. It’s perfect for families!

Our family of 4 came for spring break. The property is even better than the listing says. Walking distance to lifts. Really close to Main Street. Kitchen has everything you need for day to day cooking (we cooked breakfast and dinner) Really comfortable living room/dining room. Beds and linens are comfortable. Having 2 full bathrooms makes it very easy to get ready in the morning. Communication with management was very quick and efficient.

This unit is truly close to everything. 5 minute walk to slopes and Main St. We were able to walk home for lunch while skiing. We walked to town for dinner pretty much every night. The hot tub is located across the street. It was pretty busy so we only went one time. The unit had adequate kitchen items for cooking nreals. Good value for the price.

This condo was in a great location! It is also close to parking which made getting in and out very easy. The condo, itself, was a cozy place to come back to and hang out. There is a beautiful view from the large living room window!

Great condo just a 5 minute walk to the peak 9 ski lift. Very clean and had everything for my family to enjoy our week in Breck. The underground parking was nice to have as it snowed every day we were there.

Reviewer Comments: On the good side, this rental has a great location near the slopes and town. Parking is great. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living room had lots of space and comfortable seating or resting areas. And the management company was very responsive and helpful.On the bad side, there was black mold on the ceiling of one of the showers. We could smell it regularly and needed allergy pills. If they fix the mold, this place could be close to perfect.

The bedrooms are separate from the living area which seemed like an odd setup, but it worked really well when some went to bed later than others. Only issue we had was trying to get our clothes out of the washing machine. You have to pull the button in real hard.

The location was very nice. The opportunity to check in early was very nice. Attention to details to cleanliness could have been much better. The property manager was very responsive to a few items that should never have been overlooked in the cleaning process.

We loved our stay here. Easy to walk to downtown and nearby parks and trails, so great location. Kitchen was fully stocked with supplies and the condo is spacious. View of the river was particularly nice. My only comment was that the cleaning folks showed up about 10 min before check out time which made getting out a bit frantic. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.
