Stayed Jul 13, 2025Condo was super adequate for what we needed. Cleaning crew could use some lessons for doing a better job. Great locations, super convenient to everything we did and needed. Check-in/out was easy. The kitchen items need to be updated. Coffeemaker needs a specific filter. We loved the balcony and the pool. 2nd bedroom mattress is super uncomfortable.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Condo was located close to everything, very short walk to public beach access. Condo was clean and comfortable with covered parking. Check in process was very easy. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Very nice and personable host, allowed us to come to the condo earlier, the condo was crisp and clean. Air conditioner worked perfectly, kept us cool the entire stay. Beds were comfy, showers stocked with towels, washcloths and hand towels. They even provided amenities such as laundry soap, dryer sheets to coffee amenities as well as face and bar soap. Very impressed! Within walking distance of the Dollar General, and Sovineer malls. Beach access within walking distance as well. Pool was extremely clean, and a very nice place to relax when we weren't at the beach. It was never overcrowded. Overall, 10/10 score and would recommend anyone to stay here We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to Rick for hosting us and making this trip memorable!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Close proximity to everything and easy to find. Perfect size for our family of 4. Didn’t include any kitchen basics like coffee filters or spices/seasonings but we easily grabbed those from the Walmart down the street. Would stay at again for sure!
