The condo is one block off Harrison Avenue, so most travelers do not need a car for downtown — every restaurant, bar, and shop on Harrison is a 2-to-5-minute walk. A car is required to reach Ski Cooper, Copper Mountain, the 14er trailheads, Turquoise Lake, Twin Lakes, or Vail/Beaver Creek.



✔ Parking — Free on-street parking on Poplar Street in front of the building; additional diagonal parking on 8th Street across the building

✔ Snow removal — Watch posted signs in winter to avoid temporary no-parking enforcement

✔ Neighbor courtesy — Do not park directly in front of houses on East 8th Street; use the building's frontage
