Stayed Jul 19, 2023Love staying in this area because it’s 4-25 minutes from all kinds of great stuff! This time we hit a great concert at the Ozark Amphitheater, the strip, golfed at the Margaritaville Oaks, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks, The Rusty Rooster, etc….

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A great place for our family - we loved the view of the lake and the location very near the tennis court and swimming pool! We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Stayed Aug 4, 2022This was our first time staying at a corporate managed property and we probably won't again. The property itself was okay. Decor is a bit dated which we could live with but the cleanliness was an issue. It clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned. There were crumbs on the kitchen cushions. Dust/dirt on the tables. The floor left our socks very dirty. The first fork I pulled out of the kitchen drawer was dirty. The worst was the condition of the pillow in the room my daughter stayed in. When we removed the sheets as instructed on our last day, we found a completely yellowed and stained pillow. Absolutely beyond disgusting. Some other things: The closet door was off the track in one of the bedrooms. A drawer front was missing in the bathroom. The master toilet was not bolted to the ground.... Communication is our other major complaint. Right after we booked we were looking for things to do and I reached out to our contact asking about dock access. That time the reply was very quick. However, when we got there the first night we were looking for the Wi-Fi information which the welcome e-mail stated would be inside the unit. We looked everywhere and could not find any info. I searched for the SSID that was on the bottom of the router but it didn't show up in the list of available networks so it had to have been changed and all connections were secure. I reached out to the same contact who was helpful the first time but received no answer the entire time. I did need to work on a laptop while there so that was really irritating. Good thing we didn't have any more serious/emergency issues because I don't know that we would have received a reply. All the other properties that we've stayed at have had a welcome binder that listed very detailed information about the property: check-in and check out procedures, useful details about the property, as well as amenities in the area. This property had none of that. Again the unit itself is fine. It provided a place to sleep and shower. The screened in patio was great and has an amazing view. When we were there temperatures were about 100° and the A/C kept up just fine. But the cleanliness and lack of communication were a deal breaker for us.
