Stayed Jul 15, 2023We absolutely loved the location. The pool was gorgeous. It was a quick walk to Baytowne Wharf. Our only complaint was the one mattress needs to be replaced and tub drain was horrible.

Stayed Mar 16, 2024We really loved staying at the Bahia, on the Sandestin property. Everyone was so friendly and many things to enjoy with your family, on site. The room was very clean and located close to the pool.

Stayed Sep 3, 2023I received text messages to set up an account to get a QR code for the garage parking. I created the account put in the rental car information and it would never let me pay to get the code. I called realjoy multiple times and got nowhere. All they did was resend the link. We spent hours trying to get the situation resolved. Finally contacted realjoy for like the seventh time and requested that they cancel the current parking permit and resend out a new link. Finally I was able to pay for parking and was able to park in the parking garage. Very stressful! That was a very horrible start to our stay. The front desk directed us to where our room was. The room looks like the pictures listed. Pillows were terrible but the beds were comfortable. For some reason the fitted sheets did not fit the beds, and they kept coming off. At first the room looked really clean but after being there a day we realized that our feet were turning black from the floor. The floor was clearly not cleaned prior to us getting there. We were also left one single wash rag. Contacted realjoy immediately and they told us to check under the sink. Obviously we searched high and low before contacting them. We had to wait until the very next day to get more wash rags. Totally unacceptable! The water heater was obnoxiously loud. It was very hard to sleep! The refrigerator in the unit would freeze our waters. I would not recommend anyone staying in this unit. Too many negatives compared to the positives.

Stayed Mar 14, 2023Easy rental process, great location with a lot of things to do in the premises no need to go out or drive, all within walking distance. Beach is a short drive, and transportation is also available.

Stayed Jul 10, 2022A small Fridge is definitely needed. Difficult to have leftovers and cold drinks. Other than that it was fine!!

Stayed Jun 9, 2022The property was very clean. It was very convenient to Baytowne Wharf. Parking garage is very tight!!!! The A/C makes a horrible sound every time it gets ready to come on and toilet was very slow at flushing. Other than that it was a great place!

Stayed Mar 28, 2022The location was great. I loved the Baytowne community. The “balcony” left much to be desired as it was not even deep enough to stand on (very misleading). The beds were sooo comfortable! We got a little chuckle when we saw the dishwasher tabs as there is no dishwasher (only a bar sink). Would be nice if the water heater were a bit larger as the water turns cold pretty fast. While there was a tram available, we chose to drive ourselves to the beach. It was a beautiful drive through the community and not that far at all. The area of the beach for Sandestin was PACKED (on a Tuesday). I can only imagine when the weather gets warmer how many people will be in that one designated area. We enjoyed the second day on the beach the best as there were double red flags and that seemed to thin the crowd a bit. Overall, a wonderful trip. Definitely would look to rent this location again.
