Stayed Jul 4, 2025Condo met all our needs for family of four. Found the rental last minute and it did not disappoint. Appreciated the available beach gear and chairs. Pool was basically right behind us which was convenient.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Property had everything we needed, was well maintained and comfortable, and Palmetto Dunes is a wonderful community. Young families or those with older adults should be aware that the only beach access is a walking path off of a busy road that is quite some distance from the property. There’s no community transportation or lot wirh parking spaces. We used the property’s provided wagon to haul all of our things and that worked fine for all of the adults in our party. Otherwise the beach is absolutely beautiful with smooth sand and perfect water temps. Thank you for the great stay!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024We had an amazing stay at this condo for our girls' weekend, with its perfect location just a short bike ride to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could need. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable—we can't wait to come back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Home was not clean when we arrived. Close to pool but a walk to get to the beach (there is very little parking for beach access in the community). The tennis courts are pay per hour rather than included in amenities.

Stayed May 31, 202444 Water Oak is close enough to walk to the beach and all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer, yet far enough away to not have parking issues and be quiet! It has some nice upgraded bathrooms and kitchen, as well as the extra half bath off the laundry room was convenient. Although we did not use them, beach chairs were available in the outdoor closet. The property’s main living space could use a few updates, but that would not stop us from renting this unit again. Great location, quiet, and good property layout with one bedroom downstairs and the queen bedroom upstairs, with en suite bathrooms. A twin bed is available at the top of the steps but it is not located in a private space. I would recommend this unit!

Stayed May 17, 2024We had a very nice stay at this condo. The location was perfect, an easy walk to the beach access path. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint was the very very tiny coffee maker. Please invest in a larger one. Other than that small issue, the condo was perfect for us.
