Stayed Dec 23, 2025Williams place was exactly like the picture showed. There was an issue and William personally called to apologize which was amazing! We loved the view from our room, even got to see whales from our room Christmas morning! The indoor pool was not heated but we were there for the beach anyways! We will be back! It was so close to the tidepools that we went every day!

Stayed Nov 25, 2025Bill was an outstanding host. We booked our reservations at a 40% discount due to the pools, hot tubs and amenities being closed. We were pleasantly surprised when the discounts were honored even though the main pool, hot tub, fitness room and sauna were re-opened prior to our stay. We have stayed at Daytona Beach Resort several times and this unit is, by far, the nicest of any.

Stayed Jun 4, 2024We booked having stayed at the DBR in the past (10+ ago) years. While the resort has seen some hurricane damage and overall decline, the unit we booked was great. Everything we needed was right there. The location of this property is great, a little away from the Daytona busy-ness and closer to quiet Ormond Beach. Publix is right across the street and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The teenagers traveling with me prefer the ocean over a pool so the pools being out of order right now so not an issue for us. Overall, we would book again.
