Pool, Spa & Dining: Beach Condo in Hilton Head!

Not fancy bare minimum in condo ,but had all we needed, great beach and pool,awesome location. The place was spotless, and was reasonable price.

Very nice place for the 2 of us. Relaxing.

Clean and close to what we want. Had an issue resolved quickly.

This little apartment was well-located in a wonderful beachfront property with a pool (with convenient pool-adjacent bar) and very short walk to the beach. I bet it’s a really sweet spot for a couple on a getaway or maybe even a family of three with an older (but still elementary-aged) kid. For our family of four, it was super cramped. The bunk beds were not going to accommodate anyone bigger than our eight-year-old as they’re tiny. Absolutely nothing was toddler-friendly. We had to be in his shadow to make sure he didn’t break a glass table or poke his eye out with sharp utensils left in drawers at his level. The fact that all dishes needed to be washed, dried, and put away upon checkout created some headache since the kitchen sink is comically small. Previous renters have complained about the old stove (we found it totally functional and fine) and small fridge (same), but they weren’t a big deal to us. To each their own. Also apparently a California king bed is *not* bigger than a regular king. It’s actually thinner and longer. Now we know. Anyway, we wouldn’t stay here again because it’s not the right unit for our family size. But for just two people who plan to eat out the whole time, it’s probably great. Complex is quiet and in a great part of the island. The complementary coffee was a nice touch for our first morning. Thanks!

We absolutely loved this stay in Hilton Head island. The condo was clean and comfortable. Had a homey feel and a surplus of room for everyone. The condo was in a great location on the property for easy access to all the amenities. Thank you so much for our stay and we definitely look forward to our next trip at HHI.

This condo was a short walk to the pool and Beach. The view from the balcony allowed you to see and hear the ocean and pool. The inside of the condo was small and outdated. The furniture didn't work for the space and the couch seemed damp and dirty. Wallpaper was peeling from the wall. No storage for kids clothes/supplies that were sleeping on the bunk beds so they had to keep in their suitcase all week. Kitchen was supplied with what we needed but the stove was very dated and took awhile to warm up. The dishwasher that was advertised in listing was not working, although dish soap was supplied. Limited bath towels supplied for the week. Again, the location was the best part and allowed us to enjoy our stay.

It was so small and nasty we left 2 days early. I would like some of my money back because it was false advertising. Very disappointed.

This condo was ok as a last minute booking for Spring Break. It is a 3rd floor condo in B building, which is close to the big pool . Here is what I didn't like about it: The dishwasher does not work which was annoying. I don't like washing dishes on vacation. The refrigerator is NOT a full size as pictured. It is a new one, but is VERY SMALL. We had to keep our drinks in a cooler with ice in order to have cold drinks b/c the 12 packs wouldn't fit in the fridge with all of our food. It will work if you don't plan on cooking & eating out the whole time, but we were cooking. ***The description should be updated to include that the fridge is NOT a full size.*** The hot water trickles out barely any hot water pressure. Takes forever to fill up the bath tub. The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable (to me). My body ached every morning. It is one of those hybrid mattresses with the gel topper. What I did like about the place: Cute decor! Ample seating on the balcony. Room is close to the elevator! Nice entertainment center with TV, DVD player & Radio. Ample indoor seating for dining and in the living area. The property people that we had to contact via text message for linens for the pullout couch were prompt, responsive & friendly. Overall, the condo is older & could use some updates but it worked for us and we had a good time. That's really all that matters. The bad stuff I wrote above was just a minor inconvenience for us....we made it work.

Not sure how to describe it other than dated. Nothing has been updated in years. The dishwasher did not work. There was a closet with, I don’t even know how to describe it, everything known to man in it and it was overstuffed. There was a sign that said “do not add to it” inside the closet....written in Sharpie...on the closet shelf. The bed was so uncomfortable and so old, springs were sticking into our back so we had to buy a 3 inch memory foam mattress topper. The refrigerator was was old and very, very dirty. Yes we had a number to contact someone about the issues, but it was Fourth of July weekend and we were just trying to enjoy ourselves. I was extremely disappointed in this property. It was, without question, the worst experience I’ve had with HomeAway or VBRO. I do not recommend this condo.

The pool was way to hot ? The beach was very clean. Directions to our apartment could have been a little better!
