Pool, Pickleball, Tennis, Beach, Golf 2BDRM 2BATH in Centre Court

Had a wonderful stay here in spite of the cold weather. Very clean and well equipped. Easy walk to General store and some restaurants. Owner was great and easy to contact if needed. Only thing that was lacking were some food storage containers,but easily picked up at nearby Krogers. Would definitely stay again.

Location, Location, location. 7811 Centercourt is in the perfect location. Close to the beach, courts, and courses. The unit is spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The host is informative and responsive. 10/10! I highly recommend.

The condo was perfect for two couples. Great location. We always love Palmetto Dunes. Beds were comfortable. Well equipped/stocked.

This was such a wonderful spot for our girls’ weekend. Easy access to the pool, walkable to the beach, able to ride bicycles to great restaurant. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The property was fantastic. Easy access to bike trails, pool, general store, and walk/bike ride to the beach! The villa was very clean and the balcony overlooked the lagoon. Can’t say enough good things about this property! We will definitely be back!

The unit was super spacious and had everything we needed. Proximity to the pool was also great. The walk to the beach was a little far when hauling all of our stuff down, but was completely manageable in about 10-15 minutes. We had a fantastic stay.

Property was as advertised, plenty of room for 2 families of four.

We love staying here close to walking distant to Disney beach yet, homey and relaxing at the condo. Had everything to make dinner in and to just relax. We love walking to the General Store. Love the pool and all the beautiful walking/running paths great for exercise. The golf courses near by are convenient. Love the beautiful waterways to walk by and the wild life. Great vacation wish I was still there.

This location was great! It was tucked away and so quiet. The porch facing the lagoon was peaceful for nice morning coffee or relaxing in the evenings. The furniture was comfy (always important for my family!) and everything was as expected. Janice was an incredible host, so helpful and accommodating. Her communication was exceptional and made everything so seamless.

We had a great time. The property owner communicated directions very well, and was very responsive via text. The place has more than we needed. The beds are great, showers and bathrooms have great water pressure for that after beach clean, and the kitchen is well equipped for meals and catering. The condo is clean and very comfortable, well-maintained, and located two minutes away from the community pool. We walked to the beach one day, and it was about 10 minutes. Driving was 2-3 minutes with abundant parking by the beach access. It was also very quiet. Peaceful neighborhood, and a peaceful lagoon off the back patio as well. It was all the relaxation we needed. Definitely will consider coming back here again.

We stayed for a few nights and wished we were staying longer. Location is great to the pool and beach.

Condo had two bedrooms both with their own private bathroom. The host was very responsive to any questions or issues we had.

Janice was great to work worth. Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful community. You could walk or drive to the beach due to easy parking at Disney Clubhouse. Beach was so clean and beautiful. The condo was very spacious and comfortable!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend golf trip. It was clean, good location, and everything described was accurate. Janice provided clear instructions and we had a seamless stay! We will stay again!

The rental unit was the same as in the pictures. Unit was clean and cool when we arrived. Janice was extremely helpful with great suggestions. We loved the short walk to the beach. Headed to the beach a couple of times a day and the pool. There was probably lots more to see and do but the beach and sun was all we needed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying again in the future. The condo is conveniently located and easy to find. The bedrooms are spaced apart and I didn't feel like I was on top of anyone.

We have a wonderful vacation. The gated community was perfect. The house was very nice and it accommodated everybody.

Janice was a very engaged hostess/owner. She was very accessible via text and has detailed information in the unit about the unit, the property, and the island. The unit was very nice; however, the cleaning staff could have done a little better job cleaning hard surfaces and the rugs in front of the bathroom sinks. We had a very pleasant stay.

Easy walk to the beach and it was great being able to use the wagon at the condo to take to beach. We loved having 2 queen beds in each bedroom. Condo was very clean. Janice was quick to respond when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo for families, couples and golf groups! Great location for all activities! It has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped for meals all you need to bring are the groceries! The 2 bedrooms are very large with 2 comfortable queen beds in each room with private bath! Deck overlooking lagoon is nice for coffee time or cocktail time! We’ve stayed before and we will be back! Janice is a great host and very easy to work with!
