Stayed Feb 7, 2026Problems started with the secure entry code not working. Teo tried to contact the person who programs the codes, but it was never fixed. So we were worried about security the whole stay. Next we discovered that there are no curtains and the blinds are woefully broken, rendering them essentially useless for privacy purposes. There was no explanation for how to use the laundry. But we eventually figured it out, but not without unnecessary stress. We expected a dishwasher but there was none. On the upside, once we found the pools and hot tub and Tiki bar we were pleased with all of them.
