Stayed Jul 19, 2025We loved being right on the boardwalk so my mother could “people watch.” Very convenient for grabbing a cup of morning coffee or watching the sunrise. The property was surprisingly quiet despite all the activity outside. The manager on site was very helpful and friendly.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024The highlight of this condo is the ocean views and it’s located on the boardwalk and close to so many restaurants. The kitchen seemed well stocked with cookware, utensils and dishes. The bed is a bit hard for my preference, but it was quiet in the bedroom. The patio was open on the sides, so you can see all your neighbors. The amenities as far as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were sparse or nonexistent. ***Bring your own coffee grounds!*** Warning: My husband found and killed a cockroach in the kitchen when we arrived, so do not leave your food out.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Condo was great, very well stocked for a weeks trip. Enjoyed being on the boardwalk and close to all the shops.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Based on pictures from other available units at the Polynesian, this one seems to be the most up to date. Clean and comfortable place to stay when we are visiting OCMD.
