Poipu Palms 204 – Oceanfront Views, Intimate Complex, Plunge Pool

Breathtaking!! Simply the most gorgeous spot! The condo and views were even better in person than online. Spotless, everything we needed, and the view was unbelievable from our balcony!The bed was sooo comfortable!There were other guests staying in the complex, but the only sounds we ever heard were waves and an occasional rooster:). We saw sea turtles every day and dolphins, as well as beautiful birds of all kinds.This was the perfect place for my family of 4. It was our first time to Hawaii and we stayed on 3 islands…this spot was by far our favorite! I cried when we left.Would recommend this condo over and over…I hope we are blessed enough to have the opportunity to visit again in the future.Thank you for an outstanding stay and experience!!

Unit 204 exceeded our every expectation. The views were even more stunning in person. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was only a short walk to beaches in either direction and an easy drive to Koloa and nearby shops and restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again and again ... .

Very ice facility with great ocean view with a wonderful porch. Very high quality TVs. Ease to stream from your phone. Great pictures all about. Nice kitchen with all you need.

Whales, dolphins and turtles right from the balcony! We had a great stay in this comfy unit. Plunge pool was great and we enjoyed the amount of space we had. Parking was never a problem and the hosts were always quick to respond. We loved being so close to the beaches and even got to see a monk seal hanging out not too far down the road.

The ocean views were great. We were able to see several whales and sea turtles. The accommodations worked very well for our party of 4 adults. Unit conveniently located close to shops and restaurants.

Great location on the southern coastline (no direct beach access) to watch the ocean crash onshore. Balcony was delightful to sit on and enjoy the morning birds visiting and sunsets. Just a short walk away is public access to the coastline for a gorgeous view of the sun rising. Condo is equipped for cooking and trips to the local beaches.

The Koloa Kai folks did a great job of responding to the couple of issues we had. They were prompt and satisfied our concerns completely. The unit we rented was great. Well maintained, clean, and allowed us a great vacation. The views from the lanai were incredible.

Seamless check-in process and prompt communication during stay. Condo was the end unit overlooking the Pacific! Beautiful views from the balcony. Even spotted whales from there multiple times during our stay! Perfect location, walkable to the nearby beaches. A couple restaurants and pop-up coffee shop walkable from the condo. We stayed here with our two kids 9 and 12. Would definitely stay again!!! Street parking out front was always available and super convenient entry to the rental.

The host was communicative and provided excellent resources regarding location amenities, places to visit, things to do, and places to eat.The location provided relaxing sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the rocky shore day and night; and provided unobstructed views of the ocean with periodic sightings of whales, dolphins, sea turtles, and sea lions.

Would not stay in this unit again or recommend it. For the price, I'm sure there are better maintained units, and noticed building mostly empty.

The condo was great spot to stay and use as a base to explore the whole island over our stay. We stayed at the end of March 2025. Walking distance to several beaches and an easy drive to many more. Easy access to the whole island and our daily adventures! The view was impeccable and it was fantastic watching whales swim by and turtles bobbing around in the surf below the deck. The condo was a vacation inside of our vacation. People mentioned the lack of AC as negative? We found the climate to be perfect and did not need AC in the condo. We live in Wyoming, so maybe if you live in AC most of the year, than you need it to feel comfortable? With the doors and windows open it, we were always comfortable, enjoying exactly what we came for, Warm weather! It is not the Four Seasons, so if you need that level of finish and amenities, I would look elsewhere. If you are down to earth and practical, looking for a clean place that is ocean side to bask in while you are on Kauai, than this condo is a great choice! We will be Back! Thank you

Unit was clean and nicely decorated; lanai provided space for great whale watching. Enjoyed pool throughout the week.

The view was amazing and the condo very nice. We had zero issues during our stay. The pictures and description were all accurate. We even got to watch the turtles in the ocean a few times right from the lanai. We would love to return to this place in the future!

Lovely, well appointed condo with amazing ocean view. The patio was a treat to sit on each morning and evening and watch the turtles and dolphins swim by. Communication with management staff was excellent.
