    This property, and specifically this unit, is exceptional. It is very well-maintained and clean. The grounds and pool are serviced each morning at about 7 AM. The unit not only boasts exceptional cleanliness and maintenance but also offers a high level of comfort and convenience. The furniture, which looks and feels new, is exceptionally comfortable. The decor is clean, fresh, and pleasing, adding to the overall comfort. The kitchen is perfectly outfitted, making it a breeze to cook several meals without needing anything extra. The management company went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They reached out via email and text to check in on us. During our week-long stay, we returned one afternoon to find that the unit had been lightly serviced with fresh towels and that the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms had been lightly cleaned—a very welcome surprise. My family would stay in this unit again, no doubt.

    This condo is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and has everything we needed! We loved that it was close to popular beaches, shopping and attractions while having a small resort vibe that felt more private than nearby resorts. The views are incredible too! We would stay again, in a heartbeat!

    Spacious and beautiful location. The stovetop was broken and the Internet hotpot failed. I told the property manager but didn't see any action.

    Unit is clean, well maintained and in great shape. View is incredible!!! Property is gorgeous!!! Nice selection of cooking utensils. Glad to see a good collection of beach items and guide books. Only note I would make is that the air conditioner in the master bedroom is too small to cool a room of it's size. But the trade winds usually took care of that issue for us. That said, we would definitely stay here again!!!

    We just returned last week from our trip to Kauai. Our stay at Piopu Kapili #43 couldn't have been more pleasant. Check-in was super easy and ready to go through Parrish Collection. The pictures on the website truly look like they do in person. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. Housekeeping does a great job at keeping it clean. It's so nice of the owners of the condo to rent out their beautiful place. The grounds are perfectly manicured and groundskeepers were continuously keeping it that way. Even though the ocean is across the street you can still hear it which is so nice. The condo is conveniently located walking distance to the Sheraton so if you want to go have lunch or dinner or go sit on the beach (chairs and umbrellas were provided) it's a three minute walk. We loved it all!
