Stayed Nov 23, 2022Quiet complex. Wonderful view. Spacious condo. Good shower and towels. Could be 5 star, BUT Carpeting very dirty - needs replacement. No kitchen spices.

Stayed Apr 27, 2022Lots of pluses…view, location, spacious and comfortable unit. The breezes and numerous doors more than compensated for the lack of air conditioning…not an issue. The space is great, but as others have said, it needs some updating (eg switch out old convection oven with a microwave, new carpeting to name two). The staff was friendly and helpful. So overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed Sep 7, 2021Loved this place. Wish I could have stayed longer. My husband complained about not having AC but I found it to actually get cold at night. There were plenty of fans in the condo as well.

Stayed Jul 18, 2021It was a well maintained property. It was peaceful and quite with all the comforts of home. This property had two large decks. And a large master bedroom and bath. We slept with the doors open each night and we could hear the ocean each evening.

Stayed Feb 2, 2018The view from the condo is amazing, and the location is extremely convenient. There’s a Longs Drugs and a shopping center down the street. Unfortunately the condo had ants, tiny little ants everywhere. It was on our night stand, on the bed, ended up in our infants pack and play, in the living room... everywhere. If you left any food or seeet drinks unattended for more than 10min they were all over it. I called the front office and was told it was due to the weather (rain) and that they could call pest control to spray the unit, but having an infant with us we decided against it. The beds were also extremely hard. If you like firm beds then these will be great. The description has a sofa bed, but it is actually an airmattress. My sister used the airmattress and she is thin about 120lbs and she had to reinflate the airmattress in the middle of the night. Other than in the kitchen, the counters are all extremely low. I’m an average height of 5’6” and the countertops in the bathrooms were unnaturally low. The layout of the condo is very nice, rooms are large and each room had its own bathroom. You get one assigned parking spot and there is open parking by the front office. All in all, for the price it was an ok spot but I don’t think I would rent this unit again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Stay here for the perfect location in Poipu with a walk across the street for sunsets on the rock wall, easy access to shops & restaurants, and lots of nearby golf. Despite the current construction, it was also quite quiet. Do NOT stay here if you want to cook or you anticipate spending much time indoors. The kitchen is outdated and poorly-stocked, the decor is odd (huge insect art in the dining area?!), uncomfortable seating, and the beds are extremely hard.
