Poipu condo near beach with lanai and pool access summer deals

The home was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. Location was very convenient. Communication regarding check-in and check-out was excellent. The grounds were very nice. The one suggestion I would make is to add lights to the fans. Because it is a ground floor unit, it doesn't get a lot of natural light and it needs more overhead lighting. We would stay there again.

Very comfortable condo in a great location! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need and a very comfy bed. The bathroom fan seems to be on its last legs. The instructions on the washer dryer are to turn on the bathroom fan while the dryer is on so the hot air can ventilate, but the fan is so loud you can't sleep or watch tv or have a phone conversation while it's on. Other than that one minor item, the condo is a perfect home base from which to explore the island. Mahalo!

We were happy with the location and rental itself. The management were amazingly helpful and responded to our questions almost immediately. They were also quite friendly.

This is a fairly quiet complex of condos. The waterfall koi pond was right outside our unit and was really nice. There is also a bullfrog that hangs out in there somewhere and has plenty to say. The bed was super comfortable after a day of running all over the island and playing, The shower and bathroom is nice an big, the kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances and very clean. The sitting area also, very comfortable and ample room to hang out in dining area. This is a very spacious and comfortable condo. The only thing I would say is there isn't a lot of natural sunlight coming in. But we were comfortable and had everything we needed while we in the building. There are coolers, a boogie board and seats to take to the beach, it withing walking distance of the little shopping area that has more than a few nice restaurants, shave ice, shopping and a nice market on Wednesday. Poipu beach is five minutes away and is also a quick drive up to Koloa. Our stay here was very nice and we slept and ate well. Thank you to our gracious hosts and being available for all questions before and during our stay. We are grateful and filled our cups full of Aloha!

Outdated DIY renovations are poorly done and in need of improvement. Leaves, sticks and debris cover the front door step. Mold on window sills and a ceiling vent that does not move air. Ceiling fans without lights and lamps that must be plugged in to turn on and off. DIY wiring that does not meet code. I have stayed in several units at Waikomo Steam and this is the worst by far.

The photos of the condo are exactly as shown. We loved the lanai facing the stream and a waterfall filling a pond with Koi nearby. Many birds are to be seen and heard in the amazing mixture of tropical plants including a Black Crowned Night Heron every morning.The entire grounds are beautiful but no other building here has a stream just outside their lanai.The interior is creatively arranged and has everything you will need. The King bed was very comfy and has a fan for hot nights. The pool is close by which we used nearly everyday. Located just the other side of the roundabout is a shopping center that has a farmers market Wednesday afternoons, not to be missed.We loved this place, everybody was very nice, can't wait to return.

Awesome spot

The condo was exactly as photographed, spacious,comfortable, and is in a beautiful location! The grounds are gorgeous, the pool was clean, and the proximity to beaches and great food were awesome. The only thing I'd change is that there was no lighting on the linaes/patios. I'd definitely recommend this space and the Waikomo Stream Villas in general!

I highly recommend this place! The location is fantastic, communication with the host was great, and this place had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.

The condo and the pool were excellent. We made use od the bar b q area as well. The location was great, walking distance to a shopping, beaches, and other attractions.

The perfect location for your Kauai stay. Next to the beach, with a private feel. Everything you could need when on a getaway vacation.

Condo had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation stay including beach chairs. Quiet location. Beautiful pool!

The property was beautiful, the room was immaculate, and the little gifts (chocolates, coffee, etc.) were thoughtful. Everything we needed was there. But the best part was the great responsiveness of the staff! We loved the entire stay.
