Stayed May 14, 2022Nice property..Condo spacious and clean. Only issues were small pool to accommodate all those units at the property and the supply of paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags was severely lacking for a 3 bedroom unit with 6 people.

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Beautiful property on perfect location. Home fully stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy. Lots of stocked essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish and laundry pods etc. we had a wonderful stay with our 3 kids and plan to return!

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Newly redesigned and all the amenities were great. Lots of dishes, pots, pans and spices. Plenty of towels and starter supplies. A short walk to the beach and pool. They have an extra closet of supplies for the beach that was a nice bonus.Would stay again!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025We took 94 year old mom on vacation and we were thrilled to find grab bars in walk in showers. She felt so independent. We are cooks and the stainless steel cookware was much appreciated. Even storage containers for leftovers just like home. First floor so easy to get outside. The condo community is across the street from bike path so I was able to get my runs done early. Plan your menus, buy your groceries and the big decisions will be whether to start at the pool or the beach. There are beach chairs and umbrella at the condo. Just remember to bring the bug spray—essential.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025I have stayed in several condos on Sanibel Island and this condo was probably the best stocked with supplies so that we didn't have to run out immediately to the store. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and small appliances. The view of the gulf was amazing. I have stayed at Pointe Santo previously and it is well on its way to being as beautiful as it was prior to Hurricane Ian (2022). Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Great communication with property/unit ownership. Condo is completed updated and clean with many conveniences. Nice to be on the main floor. Huge master suite and kitchen. Parking was easy to get in and out. Close to restaurants. Beach was not crowded. Tennis and pickleball courts were very nice. We hope to be back soon.
