This is a gated community. The residents are very nice and welcoming. Beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Gorgeous scenery. The condo has everything you need so you do not have to immediately go out and buy it. Walmart is not that far away. It is very spacious. The bedrooms and bed are comfortable. Large television in the living room. There is a one-car garage for your vehicle. The host is so nice and easy to communicate with. She is willing to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. She responds quickly. I must return in the summer. This is just a wonderful place to stay. I highly recommend it.

This property was everything promised and more. Spacious, clean, well furnished with anything needed. Close to dining, shopping and golf with a great view of the waterway. The owner was wonderful to deal with.

If you are looking for a relaxing and hassle free vacation this is the place. The pictures alone don’t do this unit justice. Judith was a wonderful host. Everything you could possibly need was stocked at the condo. I was pleasantly surprised by the little things that made our stay comfortable, right down to a cooler, beach chairs, foil and toiletries. The lanai was relaxing to sit and watch the boats go by. The kitchen has all you need ! A definite home away from home. Judith was easy to get in contact with if you had a question. This property is beautiful! The living room has plenty of seating for larger groups , bedrooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds! Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, along with many other amenities. Judy was very responsive and wanted to be sure we enjoyed our vacation. It’s obvious Judy has put a lot of thought and care into providing the best accommodations for guests here. The attention to detail is evident and really helped to make this trip feel just as good as being at home.

We've stayed in several places in Myrtle Beach, and this was by far the nicest. Condo was clean and spacious. I was surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked. Everything from cooler, beach towels to pool floats available for our use. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were above average size. Pool was perfect temp everyday. The owner stayed in contact with me at all times. We very much enjoyed our stay. Would give this place a 10!

Everything was just perfect. Condo so well equipped. Owner has everything so convenient when you get there. We didnt cook alot but anything we needed was available. Location is nice and quiet. Easy access to beach but a day at the pool very convenient We will be back!

The Edgewater property was very well kept, and the location was perfect. Everything we could have needed was available, and watching the activity on the intercoastal waterway was awesome. Judy’s communication was the very best and we look forward to going back.

We loved Judy’s condo so much that we want to move to Barefoot Resort. Judy’s condo was the perfect home away from home: amenities, shopping, pools, beaches, restaurants, activities, the list goes on. The condo itself had a perfect view of the intracoastal; it was quiet; luxurious linens; comfortable beds; ample seating for dining, relaxing and playing games; fully stocked with everything except food! If we don’t move to the area before our next vacation, then we will certainly be requesting to stay at Judy’s condo again. Thank you again for a perfect vacation home!

The owner is wonderfully accommodating and always available. From the moment I booked she was there to answer questions and always prompt. The condo was better than advertised. The attention to detail was truly appreciated. We travel often and it’s rare we find a rental with quality items for our use. With this condo EVERYTHING was quality! Even the cookware! There were starter items and not just one trash bag and one dish pod but thoughtfully stocked items that kept us from having to make the dreaded Walmart run immediately after check in. Every aspect of our stay was perfect! Beds were oh so comfy with more than enough covers, sheets and blankets. Towels galore!!! She even has an over abundance of beach and pool towels! Thank you for letting us stay at your property as promised we will be back!

Condo was beautiful, clean and so spacious for 4 people. We had everything we needed during our stay and communication with Judith was so pleasant. View of the intercoastal waterway was really a nice experience as we watched boats go by all week. An easy 5 star rating and we'd definitely go back in the future.
