This place is GORGEOUS. What a lovely location and retreat after walking around the area all day, or experiencing the Nelson Museum literally across the street. HOWEVER, please note that the listing says the elevator has been out for months. I missed this and the property owner was still apologetic and offered a discount. Very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend. Plus, you'll get to skip leg day at the gym!!

Excellent location, very spacious and very clean. There is a trolley stop right down the block that goes through Westport, Union station, downtown, all the way to River market. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and were able to walk to the Plaza in 5-10 minutes. The only issue was the elevator was broken on the day we checked out so we had to navigate 6 floors of steps with our luggage.

Very good location and very few places have two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The communication with the property manager was good they really did try to do everything they can. Unfortunately the fridge was not working properly. They gave us a replacement and that was off and on working. Then the bedroom TV was stuck on one channel. They did tried to remedy this it just did not work. Other than that pretty good!

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. The condo was way more spacious than we initially thought. We loved all the green space around. We were directly across the street from The Nelson Atkins museum (which is free). Walking distance to Country Club Plaza. We even had dinner at a great Italian place in Crestwood and walked back to the condo that evening. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting.

We absolutely enjoyed staying here at the plaza scenic! Host communication was great, I had to reach out with a few questions when we first arrived and I received quick replies. The condo is decorated so very cute and it was cozy to hang out in. The beds were comfy, the place was clean, and bonus points for there being coffee available! While we enjoyed our stay, there are a few details worth sharingParking- there is street parking but it is limited. We did have to walk a little ways, hauling luggage to get there. Lobby- since it is a shared building, we could tell right away people smoke in the building. We did not smell it the condo at all, but only in common spaces. Also, the elevator is super tiny.. and a bit scary, lol! 4 of us were very tight in there just overnight bags. Television- although there is television available to you, if you want to use it, you will need to login to your own streaming service. Country Club Plaza- while you could walk over to country club plaza, I would not recommend it. It's not all that close and the streets to get there are high traffic busy streets. We definitely drove. Patio/deck - what's pictured is not directly off the condo.. must be in a different area of the building..I'm not sure as we never saw it. We really enjoyed the condo and what it offered, I would consider staying here again!

Needed a place for the Chiefs / Broncos game and we wanted something near the plaza. This worked out perfect. There were initial reports of the elevator being down. This has been fixed.

We enjoyed staying at this funky, in-town, upper floor apartment which is so different from our suburban neighborhood home. Elegant historic building that provided easy access to shopping (Country Club Plaza), the Royals game (Kauffman Stadium) and very cool restaurants. The apartment is very upscale, well appointed with all the amenities of home. Awesome place.

The home was clean and very spacious. But it was so noisy at night constant police sirens and cars. Then there was major construction on one of the early morning hours so even with the ear plugs the noise was terrible. Also the front door’s cover for lock was broke. Not good maintenance for the front door. That really should have been fixed. Otherwise I would have enjoyed my stay there.

Perfect location, right be the Nelson-Atkins. Walkable to a ton of stuff. Street parking is plentiful. The condo is spacious and immaculate. I traveled alone but it would be perfect for 4. The stairs are a hike so I brought a backpack instead of rolling luggage. It’s a decent little workout if you are in and out. The host is very attentive and ready to provide for any needs. Would stay again. Would recommend.

Had a girls weekend here. Everything was great. The location was a short walk to country club plaza. We would highly recommend it if you can handle the stairs. Can't beat the discounted price due to the broken elevator. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The condo itself is very nice. Very well maintained and really nice decor. We were able to drop off our luggage at the front door and then try to find parking. We found it about 1/2 mile away. The elevator isn't working (we were told in advance) so we had to take our luggage up a pretty narrow winding stairwell up 6 flights of stairs. When we were inside the condo everything was very nice. They provide everything you might need plus earplugs. One thing I have never had to do before with VRBO is get verified by Superhog, giving them my personal information and paying a fee of $35. in addition to all the other fees. That made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Love the close proximity to the plaza but take note the property is on the 6th floor and the elevator is PERMANENTLY broken. The property was built in 1906 and the stairwell is very narrow with a lot of turns and triangle shaped stairs.
