The Neighborhood:

You're at The Plaza at Woodcreek in Mt. Crested Butte — the base village at the foot of Crested Butte Mountain Resort. The free Mt. Express shuttle stops at the building every 15 min, running between the mountain base and downtown.



In summer, the village turns into a mountain-biking and hiking hub with chairlift-accessed singletrack and the Wildflower Festival (Crested Butte is Colorado's official Wildflower Capital).



Historic downtown Crested Butte is 8 minutes down-valley. Elk Avenue's preserved Victorian main street has some of Colorado's best small-town dining — Secret Stash pizza, Sunflower, Soupçon — plus galleries, bars, and the same free shuttle back.
