Stayed Feb 1, 2025Property well maintained. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Hot water problem was quickly resolved by property manager. Property is located in a shopping plaza with very good restaurants. However, they sometimes had loud music and people laughing/shouting until 11:30 at night.people/lashoutinglaughing/shounight.

Stayed Dec 19, 2022We had a fantastic vacation over Christmas, thanks in large part to the wonderful accommodations at Plaza 3.14. The informative binder provided was extremely helpful, and having in-suite laundry was a blessing for the 4 of us. The coffee machine was a godsend in the mornings and the rooms were large and clean. The owners were accommodating and responsive. The lack of keys (just lock codes to remember) was great as all 4 of us had access to the property at any time. If I *must* find a flaw then I might say the pool, while nice, is very shallow. Waist-deep at its deepest, but the ocean is more fun anyways and 10 mins walk. It still gave the 9 yr old a spot to burn off energy while we prepared breakfast or dinner. Thanks so much for a great holiday!!

Stayed Dec 26, 2021This condo is very well equipped and in a good location for us. The host was very responsive to our questions. Unfortunately we could not get their internet to work while we were there.
