Stayed May 31, 2024Excellent stay. Place was as advertised. Stayed with my wife and two kids very comfortably. Good room on the first floor with bathroom. Kitchen, living room with sofa bed and another full bathroom on second floor. Nice pool. Beach right there on the premises. Easy to check in and out, lots of parking. Close to downtown rosemary beach and many restaurants. Recommended!!

Stayed Mar 17, 2024Overall stay was great. Beach access was super close and communication with the owner was good. A couple of issues but was fixed promptly. Condo could use a little updating but our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed Aug 6, 2025I loved the seaside decor. Bedding was soft and luxurious. Views were breathtaking. Well equipped. Bar soap and better quality toilet paper would be a plus. And the shower rod in the ensuite bathroom is rusty and needs replacing. All in all, we’d love to come back again!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Great place for a couples getaway. However, the building is inside a gated community. You need to pay a separate resort fee, not part of the Vrbo listing, to receive a security gate QR code to get into the gate. Otherwise, great beach condo.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025Me and my man have been going to pinnacle port for the last 4 years and this has been our favorite place so far! With the view of both the bay and the ocean, this place couldn’t be better. The condo was clean, updated, and overall gorgeous! The owner was great at communicating and answering any questions I had! I highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I absolutely loved this condo and will be back. I felt so safe and the condo is so nice. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The beach is so easy to get to and is so clean. This was a family friendly environment and I loved that. The publix grocery store is so easy to get too. We pretty much just ate at the hotel because we had no reason to leave and she has everything you need to cook with.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location is nestled in the back of the Carillion Neighborhood and right on the beach. The condo is comfortable for 4 people. The property could use some updates, but it was clean and comfortable!
