The master suite overlooks the ocean, while the living room captures serene lake vistas. Located in the gated Pinnacle Port Resort at Carillon Beach, this peaceful getaway offers beach access, pools, and proximity to Pier Park and 30A. Ideal for families or couples seeking a relaxing coastal retreat.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Community/Property:

Nestled in a gated community just beyond 30A, Pinnacle Port Resort boasts expansive beaches. The vacation rental is tucked away on the western end of Bay County, in the enclosed community of Carillon Beach. There are shops and restaurants in Carillon, as well as Pier Park which is about 5 miles away. Privacy and seclusion are our trademark; even so, we're close enough to all the wonderful activities of Panama City. Pinnacle Port is not only located on the Gulf of Mexico but also Phillips Inlet.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Our condo is a nicely furnished and well maintained, fifth floor townhouse condo with approximately 1,000 square-feet of living space and two balconies. The master bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Gulf, while the living room has a beautiful lake view of Phillips Inlet.

This 2-bedroom, 2½-bathroom vacation rental also features:
Master bedroom with King bed
Guest bedroom with 1 Queen and built-in Bunk beds
A dining area that offers seating for 4 people
A balcony
Washer/Dryer
Full kitchen

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:

The process for securing permitted parking at Pinnacle Port is completed by guests, so please ensure you follow the directions provided:

30a Seascapes will share an invite link with the guest. The guest will then use the link (provided below) to register for parking. There currently is no cost. No more than two cars are allowed per reservation.

Guests are encouraged to print their parking passes directly from the portal. If that isn't possible, the QR code on your phone will allow the concierge desk to print it for you. Parking passes should be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles parked on site without valid parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Upon arrival at the security gate, guests will show their pass to patrol personnel to gain entrance to this community.

NOTE: We need to be notified immediately regarding last-minute bookings! If you book with less than 24 hour notice, please reach out right away by email.

For your convenience, there's a bathroom and changing area located on the building's 1st floor.

Other details to note:

The trash chute is in the elevator lobby. When you head to the elevator from the unit, turn to the right to locate the chute.

The resort building has elevators, the unit itself does not.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

    We wanted to try some place new for our beach trip. We enjoy less crowds, and quieter. Someone close to the area recommended the west end of Panama City Beach. We found Pinnacle Port, which is in the Carillon Beach community. It was a perfect location for us. The beach wasn't crowded at all. We really enjoyed the inlet that was just a small walk down the beach. The kids loved going there to swim. The property was clean and well kept. The staff we encountered was friendly and professional. Our only complaint about the proeprty management is that we were only given 4 wash cloths. We had 4 people and stayed 4 nights. Needless to say, we had to wash and reuse during our stay. Having an in unit washer and dryer was nice. The icemaker didn't work properly, but there were ice trays. So, that worked fine for us. There is a trash chute on each floor, so that was handy. No carrying trash to a dump. Overall the unit we stayed in was great. It was clean, spacious, and had a great view of both the lake side and the ocean side. My husband and I enjoyed morning walks in the Carillon Beach community. The community is so well kept and each home seemed to have its own uniqueness. We did have to drive about 20 to 30 minutes each evening to get to most of the restaurants and attractions. We knew this going in, and for us, it was fine. We would rather have less crowded days on the beach and drive a little further to eat. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the beach which we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. This is a family-friendly condo complex with plenty of space to set up on the beach. Would love to come back next summer.
