Stayed Jul 27, 2025Everything was clean and very well organized. The property was centrally located in Pinehurst. The Wi-Fi was fast. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. A big meal and the beds were comfortable a big plus was a very nice grill in the backyard.

Stayed Aug 15, 2022This is a beautiful, well-equipped home. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Nice sitting area on the back deck with umbrella and grill. Very comfortable beds and the sofa in the living room was also very comfortable with plenty of space for the four of us. Lots of books, movies and a game set for entertainment. Excellent location - easy drive to Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Excellent communication with James, our host. The neighbors were also very welcoming and friendly which was a bonus. We will definitely return.

Stayed Jul 31, 2022We stayed during the week of the US Kids World Championships. 2 adults, 3 kids. Host: extremely courteous, prompt and professional in his correspondence. Home: couldn’t have been more pleased. Home is in great shape. Based on photos I was expecting the place to be a little dated. Was anything but. The home itself is a lot nicer and larger than it appears in the photos. Kitchen appliances are really nice looking, appear to be very new and are clean. The 3 rooms are (kind of a theme here) a lot bigger than they appear. One room has twin beds, another has a full size or queen. The master has a queen bed and the bath is quite big. Both bathrooms were clean and updated with contemporary fixtures. Wonderful home and host. Would stay here again without thinking about it.

Stayed Mar 17, 2022We rented this home so we could visit with our son and his wife, who have recently been stationed at Fort Bragg. We enjoyed the quiet community, and visited several local restaurants and shops. The home was extremely well-equipped!! We didn’t have to rush out and buy anything, as is typically the case with a VRBO home. Much appreciated!! Highly recommend if you are just looking for some downtime!!

Stayed Jul 25, 2021We enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo during the USKids Golf Tournament. The location was perfect, inside Pinehurst, close to the clubhouse, yet close to major stores and restaurants as well. Loved the access to tennis courts and a community pool in the heat of the summer. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
