Pinehurst 3BR/2BA. Walking distance to clubhouse. North & South and US kids.

I rent all over the country and have never experienced a rental where the owner controlled thermostat remotely and in 95 heat with high heat index they only reduced one degree. Had to go buy fans for the rooms for it to be comfortable. Didn’t receive house rules (wouldn’t open in attachments) and was told house was trashed when we left when the only thing we left was trash in trash cans. I have rental property and this is the type of owner that would prefer you clean the rental from top to bottom before you leave and penny pinching his electric consumption during peak summer season. Nice condo- but if staying in heat of summer- recommend going elsewhere.

Condo was lovely. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Owner very accessible. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend.

Everything was great. Only problem we had was the code didn't work. Had to call Evlyn and see to care of us. It's a pleasure working with her. She is very professional and courteous.

We’ve stayed her multiple times for events at the Harness Track. We can easily walk or drive over. The unit is always immaculately cleaned and well furnished.

Nice place as advertised. Clean and well stocked with everything you would expect. The exception described below. Good location. Biggest problem was figuring out the remarkably complicated cable box/TV user interface. Instructions were poor but somewhat helpful. Took us at least an hour to figure out how to get to network TV. The only other complaint is that it wasn't until the second day that we found the coffee machine hidden in the back of a closet in a bathroom....bizarre. A Keurig machine was provided and working but Keurig is a weak substitute for real coffee..

Pleasant stay, walking distance to the Pinehurst Clubhouse.

Have traveled to Pinehurst many times with 2 people and have always stayed in the same area of Linville Gardens condos off of Beulah Hill Rd. This time our family of 5 came and needed a bigger place. This renovated unit had enough space for my entire family plus everyone had their own bed. Added bonus of a washing machine and dryer in the condo was amazing especially when we usually have to bring quarters to use the condo complex’s machines! Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Condo was perfect! We enjoyed being on one of the holes and close to the Fair Barn, the track, and a short ride to the clubhouse and town.

The setting on the golf course was perfect and the view from the spacious balcony was the best part. Well laid out condo with spacious bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen and great appliances. Drivable to great bars and restaurants.

Nice location, nice & clean condo. Pictures accurately portray the condo, it looked the same in person as in the pictures.

The condo was great. Very large with a well stocked kitchen. We played 6 rounds and all were within 20 minute drive. The condo looks out on Pinehurst # 5 first hole green, so you can watch groups chipping up onto the green and putting.

This is our 2nd stay here while visiting for events at the Harness Track. The location can’t be beat. The owners are extremely easy to work with and the well stocked condo feels like a home away from home.

This was our first visit to this property. It was exactly as advertised and had the best amenities of all the places we have rented in the past. It was extremely clean and convenient to Pinehurst activities. When we choose to return to Pinehurst, this property will be the first one we seek.

The condo was perfect for our golf group. Walking distance to Pinehurst clubhouse and several courses. Short drive or longer walk to the village dining/shopping area. Would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay. The condo was immaculately cleaned and furnished. So convenient to Pinehurst Golf resorts or the Pinehurst Harness Track. Would definitely stay again.
