Pinehurst 3BR/2BA Golf Course Condo

Well there were condiments and beer left in fridge and all the towels were in the dryer! Other than bugs and spiders, the size and location were fine

close to the resort - clean and easy.!!!!

We had a great stay. Location was perfect in Pinehurst for our Golf Tournament. The owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Great location and unit. We did have a minor issue with the unit not being cleaned when we got there but the host quickly fixed this and had cleaners come in. Overall happy with our stay.

Condo was beautiful, had everything we needed. Overlooks first green on No. 5. Would book this one again!

Can’t speak highly enough of this little gem on course 5 in Pinehurst. Such a great location and all the amenities needed for a long weekend of golf.

The property was nicely furnished, clean and very well located just 5 minutes from the main Pinehurst Resort clubhouse. There were a few small rental foibles that we overlooked, but that the owner should think about for future rentals. For one, the unit was not well-stocked with toilet-paper, kleenex or shampoo/conditioner. Two, there was a used bar of soap in the master shower. That's kind of unsanitary. Three, the master closet was filled with the owner's clothes. That stuff really should be put in a locked closet during rentals. Four, the outdoor furniture was covered when we arrived. We didn't sit on the patio as we didn't want to deal with uncovering and then re-covering the furniture.

Really great condo. Perfect for a golf trip. Excellent location. Not much to say because it was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

We are from WNC & this trip is exactly what we needed after a devestating hurrihit our community. This is our 2nd time staying & we will be back. We are so grateful for this peaceful happy place. We would encourage anyone to enjoy this relaxing home with perfect location in PH. Thanks so much

It was my first visit to Pinehurst. We had a wonderful 5 days. The accommodations were very comfortable.

Very clean, modern, updated, and perfect for golf trip. Only issue was a breaker that kept tripping which controls one of the outlets we wanted to use. Besides that was the best place we’ve stayed at in those types of units.

Sunday-Saturday. Great location, plenty of room to spread out and relax. Sadly I just felt left to fend for myself when I had to reach out for both check in and check out instructions. We also had issues with some things that were not clean at arrival. The next day the cleaner came and she was confused that we were there because it was listed to clean that day. She wasn’t made aware of us coming and someone had just checked out the day before. So we all had questions about its cleanliness but she took care of us. We also had a battle with ants Monday. All of these issues were communicated in writing without any response or concern. Overall it was fine, but cleanliness and comms were lacking.

This place is awesome. So much so, I wish I could keep it to myself. Whether for a buddies trip or a single. Place is as close to perfection as you can get. Clean, Modern, close to #2. Can't say enough good things about this location.

Place was very clean , with lots of room ,very new appliances , beautiful view of golfers passing by. had trouble with a/c due to power outage because of weather. owner answered on second ring and stayed on line until things were resolved . very pleasant and responded to messages quickly . great stay . Don't hesitate to book this one .
