Stayed Sep 20, 2025Great place, excellent location. Instructions sent online for things like how to work the tv, parking instructions, etc. need to be updated, as they were not correct and different than instructions physically printed in the condo.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I intend to make this a five-star recommendation. I was not able to finish my stay this year, for external reasons well beyond Summit Mountain Rental's ability to fix, but they did help me deal with the reasons and make sure they would impact me as little as possible. Lest that sound ominous, I will add that I have been using SMR for years as my go-to rental agent when staying in Breckenridge, which I do every summer, and I plan to continue to do so. Before my first SMR stay some years ago, I had used other rental agencies for my Breck stays, and can testify that SMR is top of the heap.

Stayed Jun 21, 2025Great time in Breckenridge at this comfortable condo with a nice living room for hanging out and a well stocked kitchen. Short walk to Main Street, bike rental, and to hiking trails. Host was very responsive to questions. Would love to stay here again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is great. Spacious, very well equipped and comfortable. Everything feels new, super clean and well-maintained. The location is close to bus ride to Gondola or to peak 9. A walking distance to Snowflake lift, short walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. After a day snowboarding we enjoyed the hot tub located just next to the building. Also, the communication with the Summit Mountain Rentals' team is flawless. They offer a great support. I highly recommend this condo and Summit Mountain Rentals. This is my 6th year renting with Summit Mountain Rentals and every time I have a great experience.

Reviewer Comments: Excellent location a block from the main shopping/dining in downtown Breck. Great rooms for the whole family. Kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen was stocked with whatever you need to cook. Very comfortable.
