Pilots’ Peak Perfection– Stunning Village Loca w/Views, Steps to Gondola & Shops

The close proximity to the Mammoth Village is great , it was nice to walk around and stroll the shops and grab food if needed. But wish there was a convenience store located on the Westin property itself. About the condo itself: bed was super comfy, glad basic toiletries were available. The coffee machine was nice but there weren't any regular coffee options they just had expresso; lots of tea bags but needed decaf options; sofa wasn't very comfy to sit on. Overall very good.

Helpful staff

We loved the location, and the staff at the Westin were terrific, so nice to our dog. We had a tall van, so the garage parking was not available to us, which was a challenge as there is very little street parking to be had. We were surprised that the space, while very well appointed, was small, with no separate living room area. We also wished that the kitchen were equipped with a few herbs and spices other than salt and pepper. We were, however, very comfortable.

Wonderful upgraded studio. The pictures accurately depict the room. Very clean, well appointed, NOT an average hotel room, overlooks the Village with a long view out to the mountains and lake. This will be my go-to next time I'm in Mammoth.

We had a wonderful stay in mammoth. The unit was great. Quiet, attractive and clean. A bonus was the Nespresso, that they stocked with more pods than we could consume during our stay.

Great Place, but a little disappointed with the property manager, who despite the place being clean and ready earlier did not allow me to check in before 4 o’clock. I asked several times if I could get an early check-in and she said they would message me the minute was available and they never messaged me. So don’t expect to ever get in this place before four. You can’t access your parking pass you can’t park your car anywhere I would just book the hotel room so that at least you can get in and use the facilities even if your room is not available.

Excellent property close to snowboarding, skiing and mountain restaurants. Great communication throughout our stay.

Everything is as stated. Bed and all amenities were top of the line. The room was beautiful and quiet.

As expected

My husband and I had a lovely stay here. It was a short trip for us but the location being so close to the village and central to all the best hikes was exactly what we needed and loved it. Mary Beth is an amazing communicator; Highly recommend.
