We had a great stay here. The AC worked great! In a great location. The only complaint I have was it was as a little dirty. I wiped the dining table down before we ate and my wipe was black after one wipe down.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, safe, quiet and had everything we needed to have the best stay in Kauai. We will be back again to visit!Mahalo

This is a wonderful location and beautiful house. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately the spa was blocked off when we were here so we were not able to use the Jacuzzi. It was a peaceful location.

Beautiful, spacious condo in an excellent Koloa location. The unit was very quiet, spotlessly clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the abundance of extra blankets and pillows, as well as both bath and beach towels. In many places we’ve stayed, only one towel per person was provided, including for the beach, but that was not the case here, which was a huge plus. It’s an easy 10-minute walk to restaurants and Starbucks, and about a 15-minute walk to stunning beaches. The host’s communication was excellent. Friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again. 10/10!

The property was lovely. This unit was right next to the pool and hot tub. The condo itself was well appointed, modern, and well stocked. The only downside was the sofa bed. Be aware it was not very comfortable for two adults to sleep in. The location of the property was perfect. It was a good location as a base to explore the island. Overall, I highly recommend this condo and property. My friends and I had a great stay.

This condo was a great place to stay for families. Nice and clean and the kitchen and laundry were so well stocked with essentials which I appreciate. The beach chairs and snorkels were a great addition for beach days. We would highly recommend this condo for families wanting to stay in Kaui

Everything was wonderful! Condo was very clean and amenities were convenient as as expected. Directions to condo were excellent as well. Will definitely look for this place again.

Beautiful property. Loved the amenities and privacy of location. Great communication and they were very accommodating!

The air conditioning does not go below 73 degrees, so the space was quite warm. When two showers were running at the same time, the water would shut off, which was very inconvenient. Great location near the shopping center and beach.

Kitchen was perfect for eating in. Layout was great for the family. Patio furniture was nice and having use of things to take to the beach was a plus.

New & nice condo. Garage for parking. Unfortunately master bedroom close to road. Upstairs neighbors were loud. Would be quiet depending on who is staying upstairs. Central air conditioning (but capped at 73 for a low). Kitchen is amazing and everything you need.

Very spacious and comforable place to stay in a quiet area. Lots of shops, restaurants and activities within 10 min. Good value for what you get. Beach was a bit far away for our taste but we knew that when we booked. Easy check in and out was nice.

We loved the location of this property. It was a short drive to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We also liked that it felt like home in that it is located in a quiet, safe, and clean neighborhood.

This property was comfortable and the space was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and updated modern kitchen. The community was also nice and quiet, although we could hear the loud mechanical unit on the ceiling in the master bathroom as well as kids running on the floor above us. Other than that, our stay was peaceful.

Very comfortable property in a very nice complex. Easy access to the pool area and gym. Located near shopping and beach and restaurants. Felt very safe in this location. We would definitely stay here again.

Well equipped and updated condo—process well managed to check in. Somewhat delayed repair of screen door ( broken hinge-door removed and not repaired after 3 days). No other issues with use. Quiet neighborhood but condo is next to stree with car noise in the am noticeable. Pleasant stay with the ever present free range chickens

The property was close to everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable. It was clean, and was nice to have a place to cook meals. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the Daughter liked the workout room. Could use some new Pillows and some baking sheets. We had a great time. Thinking of returning next year.

It was great. In the right area to go to the beach and to play golf. Desk help was excellent.

Everything about this condo was as described. It was set up perfectly for our family of 4. It was very nice for the guest room to have an attached bathroom also. Can’t wait to stay here again!

This vacation rental is a perfect home away from home that has all the amenities to play, cook, and eat together as a family. It also was fully equipped with all beach and snorkeling accessories you need to enjoy your daily excursions. Our stay was fantastic. The Condo was in a great location and really close to the beach and my favorite place to eat. (Puka Dog). Everything was perfect. Just wish it could have been longer.
