Stayed Jul 7, 2025The property is in need of updating. Railings are loose, tubs don't drain, elevator doesn't work. The location was great but the of elevator was an issue.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024Location is everything. This is a quiet location on one of the best beaches. The beach/ocean view from the balcony is great for bird and dolphin watching.

Stayed Aug 6, 2022Overall, great location with being on the ocean and near all amenities. Unit had everything we needed. No problems. Only feedback - the unit could use some updates. Sliding doors took some effort to open, flooring has seen better days, bathrooms looked like rentals.

Stayed Sep 20, 2022Upon arrival, entry code did not work. This happened several times. Advertised as including WiFi, but it was out. We were not notified prior to arrival. We called management and were told Spectrum would not be out until our checkout date. Peoperty not cleaned well. Horribly out of date and worn down. Formica countertops with gouges, popcorn ceilings, dirty grout in ancient tile floors in bath. Basically like a rundown Motel 6, just bigger. Bring coffee, toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex. You are provided one roll of TP on the roller in each bathroom. One of these other items..No suggestions for restaurants or activities in the Outer Banks is provided either. One positive was the oceanfront location and balcony. But hasn't been updated since it was built.
