Stayed Jan 16, 2025NoteLibby’s place was fantastic! Everything was super clean and just as pictured - the perfect space for our family of four. The living room and kitchen were well set up to view the water (we saw dolphins!) and to hang out as a family. We cooked dinner there and had plenty of pans, dishes, etc.. I prefer a regular coffee maker, but there was a Keurig there and a reusable k-cup, so that worked fine.A great plus: the closet has a bunch of really nice beach stuff to use - sand toys, beach chairs, beach tote & towels - even a nice soft-side cooler (and ice packs in the freezer)! Not many units like those giant condo complexes so we had the pool to ourselves & it was very clean and the perfect temp! Also great location - you can easily walk to Snook Inn and several other cafes & shops. Highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Working with Libby was a delight from start to finish!! She was so kind, willing to help and answered every single question I had. The room was exactly as the pictures showed! Extremely clean when we arrived, it was perfect for my family! The patio and pool was a huge thing for us. And the fishing out back is the best! We caught so many different types of fish while there. Beaches are minutes from the home and so many cool places to eat! recommend staying here!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Our flights were cancelled for weather. This area was under a flood watch. States of emergency issued and owner would not issue even a partial refund. Every other vendor/guide issued full refunds. Heck even American Airlines issued a full refund. Renter beware!
