The unit has 2 flat screen TVs - 55 in the living room & 46' flat screen in the master bedroom so you will be able to enjoy your next show while on vacation. This unit has an upgraded cable package.*** Access the PRIVATE, BEACHFRONT balcony from the living room and experience phenomenal views. The condo is right on the beach with absolutely no obstructions. A great feature of this unit are the bunk beds in the hallway loved by the little ones! They get to enjoy their own space and adults get to relax. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your laundry needs. The property has a BEACHFRONT pool, hot tub, workout room, and BBQ grills!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed. Bunk beds in the hallway. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying here. Unit was as described, clean and adequate. A box of tissues should be included since this is a very basic need. My only complaint would be the use of the hot tub. People are not observing the 15 minute rule posted on the wall right beside the hot tub. Multiple evenings I saw a group of teens and a family staying in it for 1-1/2 hours. They seemed to be oblivious to other people wanting to use it. Perhaps a sign-up sheet for a time slot would be useful. Share the amenities people! I booked Pelican Isle because it had the hot tub. Unfortunately, I was unable to use it much.
