Phoenix X 717 Your Orange Beach Oasis! next to Flora Bama Gulf Front by Prickett Properties

Great experience this time around. Lots of privacy, most likely due to the time of year (Thanksgiving week). Only had one issue with the kitchen sink drop down faucet splattering water all over the place. Best remedy for that type of problem is replacing the whole faucet assembly. I'm sure that will be addressed soon. Otherwise had a fabulous quiet time. Will definitely be returning to one of the Pricket Units next year at least once.

Very spacious. Would have been nice to have filtered water on the refrigerator. Needs new skillets, they were really scratched up. Had to call maintenance for a new toaster. They were quick to replace and so polite.

The condo is a great space and Had everything we needed. The reason for only 4 stars is because it was not cleaned well at all. The floor was disgusting I wiped some water I spilled on the floor, and the paper towel was black. There is dust an inch thick throughout the condo. Behind the trash can in the kitchen was something brown and caked on. The side of the refrigerator looked like something spilled down and wasn't wiped up immediately so that was caked on as well. It's a shame that the condos probably need someone to inspect them after the worker goes in. Or maybe just do it right in the first place.

First time at orange beach. The condos we stayed in were amazing. The process was easy and the emails with instructions for clean up was great. We will be back!

Being right on the beach (no driving and finding parking) was why we booked this condo. No early check in available though, and all dishes in the condo were dirty. I had to wash everything before being able to cook/eat/drink anything. The condo itself needs some repairs, but overall fine. We didnt spend much of our time inside anyways.

It was the perfect stay for a week getaway! We loved the beach front views and the indoor pool for the kids.

Loved the condo and location! Can walk to FloraBama for Bushwackers!!! Ease of condo check in and parking on same floor as condo is a definite plus! Live Prickett Properties. Will definitely stay with them again.

We came here for the songwriters festival at the Floribama and it was just the perfect spot for us. We were able to leave our car in the parking ramp and walk next-door every day. If I had to find something to complain about, it would be about their fitness room. It’s very old and dated and lacking equipment that functions properly. Our condominium was awesome.

Our stay went well. The unit was well kept and furnished. We plan on staying again next year. The weather was perfect.
