Condo needs updates.

We enjoyed our stay here and the location was great. The building wasn't e and well cared for but the individual unit was dated. The master mattress was so lumpy and hard to sleep on without falling into the center. While it was clean, we had to wear socks inside that did get dirty. There are a limited amount of towels so if you have 7 people like we did you have to wash towels every day and they take a long time to dry. We did have a good view from the balcony. It would have been nice to have TV instructions for the bedrooms. Management responded right away but we chose to not go thru with a maintenance request for that since it was a convenience for the kids and not a necessity. We did discover if you use the main remote from the living area tv we could get one other working. Again, not a big thing but no need in having them if they aren't easily used. The rental company was great with great communication- the unit itself was not the best. We wouldn't stay in this particular unit again mostly because of the bed. However we did have a great fall break and are thankful we had a place to stay.

Stay was good.

Room was clean ..dryer was not good...took 3 hours to dry a load of clothes. Other than that everything was nice.

The check in was easy and the condo was clean. The kitchen provided everything we needed. We had a great time and will come again.

Check-in was smooth and instructions were easy to follow. Condo was clean and perfect for our adult family trip.

This condo is covered in mold. Each air vent has visible mold with staining of the ceiling around the vents. When I called for someone to come out, I was told that it might be mold but it wasn't toxic black mold. That is impossible to know unless it was tested. Also, when maintenance did come out & spray the ceiling, a bleach solution was splashed onto some of our clothes leaving bleach stains. This condo is a huge health risk for anyone to be staying in.

Excellent location. Pros: kitchen fully stocked, nice open common area, washer & dryer. Cons: unit showing some age such as rust on the shower curtain, splash pad broken (main reason why we booked this property), one bedroom is massive while the other two are tiny.

Condom underneath single bedroom. Used makeup brush on floor in master bathroom. Hair left on counters. Cleaning insufficient and inappropriate when compared to price of stay. Potential of this property is not being met.

Everything was perfect and the location is perfect for us!

Communication was excellent. We love the complex & amenities (stayed at it last year in a different unit). Unit was nice, but beat up. Chunks of paint missing everywhere and marks on the walls. That we could live with, but it was filthy. Mold in the shower curtain, rust by the hooks. Mold in the dishwasher. Bathroom doors were dirty & had handprints on them. Some stains running down the wall. Crackers under the bedroom dresser. We had to clean the bathroom mirrors to see in them. Dishes were not clean-silverware drawer was disgusting. On Friday morning there was leakage in the master bath from the unit upstairs-assuming from the toilet because it was yellow/brown. Maintenance was quick to come check it out & figure out it was coming from upstairs and stopped the leak. But never came back to clean up what was in our tub. GROSS!!! We closed the bathroom door. So, our last 2 days 6 people had to share one shower/bathroom. Very disappointing. This has been our 8th trip to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area and this is the only unit we have been disappointed with.

We love the location of Phoenix X. Being near FloraBama is so fun!

Great view from balcony! Everything in close walking distance : beach, pool, live music, and good food! Was a great family trip!!!

This was my 2nd Pheonix stay but the 1st time at Pheonix X. It's right on the Florabama line which was incredibly convenient in location. The condo itself was very clean for the most part. The bathrooms could have used a little more care, but it wasn't so bad to warrant a negative review. The master bed was unbelievably comfortable and the beach balcony view in the master bedroom was a big plus! Contact with the rental company was very easy and they respond quickly. And as soon as payment was made, I received the check in details including door code. The process was painless. Will definitely stay here again! My whole family loved it.

Overall unit was good. First day, master toilet handle wouldn’t flush. I called and got someone to come soon. Two day later it just broke off, they came within an hour which was great. So, communication with pricket properties in getting maintenance was very accommodating. A few things I am noting. On pictures it showed a lounge chair on patio and there was not. There was a bad musty smell in hall bathroom. Master bath under the faucet area had a bunch of mold and mold in washer up all around the top. Kitchen utensil drawer handle was broke and which over multiples uses from all the guests over time I’m sure scraped the paint off, just a simple fix with new handle or fixing handle and touch up the paint. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Love that you can park on the same level you are staying.
