Stayed Dec 30, 2023The unit is convenient and view and location is great. Found old pizza behind the tv. Front bedrooms were absolutely freezing. Cold air from windows and only 2 blankets in unit for a unit that sleeps 10. We had to buy a blanket at Dollar G.

Stayed Aug 3, 2020I would not have chosen this property during the pandemic. We drove 8 hours and when we arrived, there was a board in the reception area that told us there was a positive Covid-19 guest that had checked out the day before. I think the property had the obligation to let pending guests know before they traveled. There were two COVID positive guests during our stay, according to the sign in the reception area. The second COVID-19 issue is there is only one access point to the outdoor pool and beach and you must open multiple doors/gates to get to the beach. There is a door (that the glass was broken) that you had to open to leave the condo, a gate to get to the pool, and then a gate you had to open in order to get to the beach. There were ZERO hand sanitizer dispensers at the pool or near the gate to the beach nor did they prop open any of the doors/ gates. The only hand sanitizer dispenser was in the hallway near the indoor pool. This single access point often was crowded and very few people wore masks. The third issue is we did not see anyone cleaning during the day in the common areas. We did not see anyone during the day cleaning the outdoor pool, high touch points to include door handles, gates, sand wash areas, and elevators. I did see someone at the pool very early in the morning. The Pool was often very crowded during our 4 night stay. The common areas were run down. There were two industrial fans in the hallway; the glass in the door to the pool was broken; and the common areas need repainting. The unit was ok. It was very large and we loved the balcony. It is dated, but overall we loved the space of the unit. The floor was filthy and there wasn't a mop or vacuum to clean it. My kids feet were so gross after they showered and walked on the floor. The unit also only comes with some supplies. There was one trash bag; one roll of toilet paper per bathroom; one roll of paper towels; and a very small bar of soap in each bathroom. No soap in the kitchen. There was also nothing to clean the counters etc so bring your own. Publix didn't have any of the cleaning supplies we needed but Walgreens did. One great thing about this condo is there is parking on each floor so you don't have to take the elevator from the parking garage to your floor. Overall we would not rent from at Phoenix X again -- The management did not seem to take precautions seriously during the pandemic.
