Stayed Oct 23, 2025Pool is always nice, except weather didn’t cooperate this trip. We had one good day on the beach. Waves were rough though with white caps. There’s not a condo without a view at Phoenix X. Condo was nice & tidy, but floors were not clean.

Stayed Sep 23, 2025Great location next to Flora-Bama. The pool area was nice and well kept. We had no issues at all. The place could use a little updating, but that's being a little picky. The patio furniture is nice... but uncomfortable. Overall, we'd definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025The property was fine. The condo could use a refresh. The furniture in living room and all of the beds were not very comfortable. Found dirty dishes in the cupboards. The main bath shower did not appear like it could get really clean and the shower curtain liner was dirty.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025Room is perfect location can see straight onto the beach and all the way down to the east. Room was clean and fully equipped with necessities for cooking. Only downside is they say do not ask for early check in. So arrived in orange beach and had to find something to do for 2 hours because check in is not until 4:30pm
