The unit has beautiful ocean views. It does need some updating and deep cleaning.

Location and balcony view were great. Condo and furniture old and musty. Shower curtain full of mold

Location was perfect, but could use updating. There were rust stains, faucet leaks, and worn furniture. The shower curtain had mildew and the patio furniture was extremely worn. I will say that the property was very clean and everyone was friendly.

Unit needs to be repaired and checked for mold smellAppliance’s were new! But needs painting, couch needs to be replaced. Owner just needs to spend some money on unit and it could be nice! We read the reviews after we left and most said what I just stated!!! We will not rent this unit again. Beach always nice there! Complex could also use some upgrades ie: lighting in parking garage . Owner needs to read his reviews. I’m a general contractor and have several rental units. This unit has not been maintained are been looked after for years. Half bath looked like someone left an animal in it and wasn’t very clean. Good luck with good reviews in the future?

Aside from the sofa sleeper we intended to utilize. We had to sleep 3 in the bed. The mattress desperately needs to be changed and/or replace the sofa. Also, We were not able to turn on the tv in the living room too many remotes for one tv. which we really didn’t watch.

Room sz was adequate for 2 people but unit was unbelievable out dated and in poor shape cosmetically. Baseboards in bathrooms were filthy/dirty, patched sheetrock, rust visibly on refrigerator door & dishwasher. Bed was comfortable but pillows on bed were pathetic. A sheet only cover on bed with very sad bedspread. The unit didn’t appear to be dirty but just run down. Very worn out cheap table & chairs on the patio. Not at all what as I expected for the price and highrise on the beach. Would not stay again or recommend unless it was really cheap price!!

We chose to rent this condo because of the location and convenience and price. We got so much less than what we expected. Little did we know that this unit needs MUCH updating and deep cleaning! Upon entering the condo, it had a terrible odor of mildew. The ceilings and walls are eaten up with mold under obvious painting over it. We purchased a plug-in air freshener to help. The den is as advertised, the kitchen appliances are rusted at the bottom, the clean dishes were dirty in the drawers. The bedroom was gross-we would not walk on the carpet without shoes. The bedding is old, terribly flat pillows, and the bathroom was down right gross. The towels were so thin you could see through them. Neither of the TVs worked! The WiFi was practically non-existent so we stopped trying it. The unit has not been well maintained. We would like to ask the owner, have you visited or stayed in your unit lately? The management company did not respond to our email during the stay concerning the TVs. The beach was beautiful, of course! We spent the entire days on the beach and chose to eat out each meal-we would not have cooked in that kitchen. Positives-the AC worked great and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic! Once we arrived back at home, we had to wash all our clothes regardless of being worn because the smell from the condo was so bad. You got us once, but not again. We will not rent this unit again!

This particular condo needed some work and updates. We had to keep the air set below 70, because there was an awful mold/mildew type smell that was VERY STRONG. Both bathrooms had an odor many times that smelled like a sewage issue. There were only 2 tiny pillows on the king size bed and very cheap sheets. The couch in the living room sinks in the middle and not very comfortable to sit on. It also felt sticky/humid. The clean towels provided had long black hairs stuck to many of them and didn't feel clean. The walls have been touched up in places and need to be painted. It just feels overall not very well taken care of. We will probably not stay in this particular condo again, even though we do like the location.

Good location. Elevators are quick. Staff is friendly. Room could use some updates as there is rust on the dishwasher. Bathroom in the master smelled like sewage. Old popcorn ceiling and needs painting. The mattress in the master bedroom slept like a dream. Very comfortable. The mattress on the pullout couch could use an update as well. We had a nice time.

Stayed in this unit for seven day vacation with a friend. Everything about the condo was as advertised. Check in was easy and location was perfect. The sofa bed was terrible. I wouldn't recommend this unit if you have someone sleeping on the sofa. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We went out on the balcony early one morning for coffee and ended up locked out after we closed the sliding glass door. I was thankful I had my phone to call for help. It took about an hour to get back inside between the call and getting the door opened. The staff told us this happens more often than you would think but not necessarily in just this unit. I would stay here again but only if the sofa bed was updated.
