Stayed Jul 21, 2025We enjoyed everything. We would have rather a shorter walk to the elevators from our room. Also, a hot tub outside would had been nice. Overall, everything was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Apr 25, 2024Perfect place for a flora bama weekend! Everything was as described- some things could be addressed, such as the slow draining bathroom sink, but overall was a great condo! Water pressure in shower was amazing! All communications were great- check in/out was a breeze. We will be back!!

Stayed Mar 19, 20223/19/22 We had a nice stay at Phoenix 10 building. This is my 2nd time in this building. All the amenities are very nice with new amenities coming in the future. We had a great view of the ocean from the balcony and the balcony was pretty protected from the wind overall. This building is pretty centrally located to all the good restaurants. Only thing to be aware of is the noise you can hear from the people in the halls especially late at night. Although this did wake me up a couple times I put some sound on and it was fine the rest of the week. Overall a great stay for both adult only or family vacationers.

Stayed Feb 23, 2022Only bad thing was the couch and bed. Couch sank in and was hard to get out of. Bed was soft and squeaked. Bedroom door need oiling. A Light missing above dining table. Otherwise things were good
