Phoenix West with Lazy River! Beachfront! Great rates!!

Location perfect everything was good, but the condo was not really clean all the equipment at the kitchen was really nasty

This place is beautiful but our beds had sand in them. There was sand on floors and dishes in cupboard were all dirty. We had to clean everything.

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and had a beautiful view! We loved the lazy river too! We will definitely be back.

The condo and building were in good condition, great location, close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I enjoyed waking up to see the dolphins in the ocean and watching them play in the evening. You are on the beach within minutes, and we truly enjoyed the lazy river and indoor and outdoor pool area. We didn't use the stove or anything that had to do with cooking, but the kitchen was very equipped if we needed to. They have a nice grill area if you want to grill. Overall, my family and I had a great vacation.

Clean, lots of room, great view. Everything you want in a condo. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay; biggest draw is the lazy river, slide and pool. Did have a few silverfish running about.

The property is well maintained. Unit was just as deacribed and photos shown. Lazy river was very nice, although crowded. I would day during peak summer season the pool area gets super crowded fast! Check in was a breeze and it was nice knowing there is security on the grounds. Will definitely stay here again!

My parents snowbird in this building and we appreciated having our own space for visiting them. Having the extra twin bed in the 3rd bedroom was great for us, teens aren’t particularly fond of sharing beds!The whole condo was very clean and comfortable, everything worked well. We had no issues so no communication with the property manager was necessary beyond the check in info.

Smelled like mildew - especially the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Dryer had standing water inside each morning (vent issue). Furnishings were a bit worn down. Location was great - view was incredible.

Everything overall was great but the elevators got crowded and in our unit the oven had only one rack which slowed down cooking time

Was a beautiful location and very nice condo with a great view of the beach. The lazy river was very nice to have onsite. Parking was pretty easy and we were able to find a spot on the bottom level nearly the whole trip. The condo was missing a few essentials you may want to bring, like ordinary seasonings if you cook anything and regular dish soap.

The facilities were well kept and we felt secure the entire time we were there. The lazy river was a hit for the kids. We used to grills on site to cook supper one night! Saturday must be a popular check out day because we had to wait about 20 minutes to get on the elevator but every other day it wasn’t a problem. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely rent from Phoenix West again.
