Phoenix West with Lazy River! 4BR/5BA Condo! Beachfront!

We had an amazing stay- made great memories with our children and grandchildren- hope to come back again with our family and friends!

The condo was great. The weather was good until the last day. Double red flags at the beach.

misrepresented in the listing. The condo had a king, queen, 2 twins and full size beds. It was listed as King, King, Queen, and 2 twins. We made it work but not everyone was happy. Not the best property in the building. Very worn and dirty. Floors were filthy, kitchen frying pan was unusable and actually much of the kitchen supplies were not there (i.e.- no measuring cup). Iron did not work. Dressers had missing or broken knobs, Pillows on couch had seams torn open. Rugs throughout the unit were worn and dirty. Killed a spider my first night--that was exciting! Not sure when the beds and pillows were replaced last but easily 15 years old. The location is great and I have stayed at this property before -- just not this unit. Will not stay in this unit again.

The highlight for our family was the waterslide and lazy river. Our kids had a blast and we didn't have to leave the property.

Great trip! Less stars for the check in process because we had to wait in a long line (took about 30 minutes) when we arrived to check in. We had pre paid for parking but we still had to wait to get the actual pass from the front desk and get our wristbands. It would be nice if there were a fast line for people who already paid.

Our stay at this location was wonderful. The condo was super spacious and was beautiful. Amazing views and a super easy check-in and out process. Would be more than happy to stay here again. We had 6 adults and 2 children in our group and we all had enough space to enjoy and roam around.

We had 6 adults and a toddler traveling and this unit has so much room for all of us. The view from the balcony was beautiful. If we are ever in Orange Beach again we will definitely be coming back to Phoenix West.

This is a great unit, very clean and so cute inside. Perfect location with lots of space and large balcony with wonderful water and sunrise views. Easy beach access. The pool, slide and lazy river were enjoyed by all. Highly recommend.

Excellent location . Absolutely beautiful condo. Had everything we needed. Every single employee of the property was friendly and asked how we were doing. Had an issue with dishwasher and broken toilet seat which was resolved very quickly! Outstanding

The room was spectacular. It was decorated very nice. My review is based on the week we stayed and the AC was not working - this review does not include this and we are to be compensated for this but will update this review once this has been taken care of. We stayed during the week of July 4th. We had 9 total that stayed during this trip and we enjoyed the room. Everyone had plenty of space and bathrooms galore. The balcony view was spectacular. The only complaint about the condo in general was how busy the elevators were. But we learned the trick is to ride the elevator up or down to not wait twenty mins for the specific direction you were heading. The lazy river was a nice treat and the slide at one end is fun for all ages. The outdoor pool was nice treat. The indoor pool is large and is not heated but the two hot tubs were very enjoyable. The beach was mostly clean and easily accessed. The beach chair rentals - not through the condo - were over priced compared to other locations. The condo was close to some attractions such as fat daddy’s arcade, adventure island, and others. Docs seafood was close and very good place to eat, we also went to bubbas seafood which was very good as well. There was multiple fireworks shows on the Fourth of July. Great view from the beach but from the balcony some of the other condos blocked some of the views. Overall we enjoyed our stay besides a few small things and would probably stay again.

Is now on our list of travel destinations. Will definitely be returning.
