Phoenix West w/ Lazy River!! 2nd Floor!! Avoid the elevators!!

Was also a celebration of my wife and my 25th anniversary. Condo unit was great. Location was excellent and check in and out process was a breeze. Phoenix vacation staff is great as well. Will be back!

Very spacious, kitchen well stocked with bar area and an ice maker- which was great for the cooler. My complaints were with the cleanliness of the unit and overall wear of the furnishings. The carpets in the front bedrooms and the area rug in the main living area were filthy. We had a 1 year old crawling baby whose hands, feet and knees were BLACK with dirt. The chairs were heavily stained and the sofa very worn. The beds were comfortable but the bedding, comforters were faded (well worn) and the bath towels were stained. The resort itself is awesome! My grandson loved the pools and slide. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. I expected more in regards to the specific room at this price point. I should have put weight into the previous reviews regarding cleanliness.

This is our third year in a row staying at this location and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It’s the perfect location and has everything you need to keep small children entertained!

Ample space in condo. Convenient parking (w/ pass). Indoor and outdoor pools. Quick access to a well-maintained beach. Everything in the pictures is 100% accurate.Property managers are quick to respond.Only downside were the floor mats, that seemed to hold a lot of dirt and discolor our feet (this was mentioned in other reviews too). Overall amazing place, would stay there again.

The 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area was very spacious. Having a 4 th bathroom, with a shower in the laundry room, was a bonus. Property was very clean and onsite staff were friendly and helpful.

The lazy river and pool were so refreshing for breaks from the beach! Especially the afternoon when jellyfish appeared.
