    Beautiful location and easy access to the beach.1 of the beds was broken and could not be slept on, 2 toilets would not shut off and continuously ran for our stay and washing machine and dryer did not work.. Called for maintenance on all but it was Christmas so none were fixed for our stay.

    I loved this place! Located in great area and it was a really nice unit. Only problem was the bathtubs in the two bedrooms( not the master) drained very slowly. Also the dryer had to be run 3 times to dry the towels.

    The property is very good but this unit needs a thorough cleaning and major updating. Furnuture old and dated and broken. Floors very dirty. Also needs more utensils- there were only a few knives and forks. Too expensive to have this type of condition.

    This particular unit is owned by terrible cheapskates. It was a constant hassle dealing with broken refrigerator that should have been replaced years ago, had to rebuy all cold food, lightbulbs out, they had light switches taped up because if you turned certain ones off the tv would turn off, bathroom doors that wouldn’t lock, bathroom doors which wouldn’t even stay shut because door knob latch is not properly aligned with door frame, blinds to balacany and ocean view that are in disrepair, front door to unit required a whole new door lock replacement because handle literally fell off when it closed, coffee maker looks like it came from the goodwill, light under microwave did not work, garbage disposal sounded like it was about to die, left side of kitchen sink basically wouldn’t drain, beds are cheapest crap I’ve every slept on. We’ve stayed at Phoenix West three times in the past with great experiences. Even the front desk finally acknowledged the owners of this unit really need to do something because people who stay in it always have problem.
