Phoenix West 2205 by Liquid Life

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was in an excellent location with a beautiful beach view. For the most part the condo was clean, not the floors. I now have a few pairs of socks that are ruined on the bottom. The furniture, both inside and out, is mediocre in the comfort area. All in all not a bad place to stay but it needs some updates and improvements.

This is a great condo. Very large. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable. They are high, but there are steps if you need them. The pillows were pretty flat, I would bring my own next time. The living room furniture was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the lazy river, pools and beach. It was a great vacation.

The views were amazing. You could see sting rays and sharks and dolphins. We saw several meteors and a Spacex launch from the balcony. The condo is a little dated, washer and dryer are very old and rusty. The beds slept fine TVs are on the smaller side. The bar area needed some dusting before we could use the glasses.

Easy to check in. Everything was great in the condo. The bunk beds were definitely a plus. Also having 4 bathrooms was great and we had plenty of storage space. The only downsides are the parking and the elevator wait but that is not the owner’s fault. We had a relaxing vacation and enjoyed Orange Beach.

The condo was as described and very well stocked with the needed essentials. The kids enjoyed the beach, pool, lazy river and playing pickleball.

Great condo, great location. Local attractions easy driving distance. Just loved it.

The condo was clean and well equipped. Spacious and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay. The ice maker was leaking when we arrived and was unable to be fixed during our stay.

This condo was overall a great condo! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the place was very clean. There was an issue with the air at the Phoenix West this specific weekend. The booking company was unaware and when contacted, they knew nothing, and really did nothing to find out information to inform me. I had to call the actual front desk and then inform Liquid Life of the issue to which they still never checked in on us. Thankfully, it was not unbearable, but our condo never got below 74 degrees. Also note that if you’re coming to this condo, you will have to bring salt, pepper, PAM, basically anything you need to cook. The listing showed a Keurig in the pictures, but there is not one. Just a regular coffee pot. Again, overall a wonderful place with a few hiccups that were manageable.

Room was great for our family of 9. Plenty of room and space for all of us. out of all the condos we have stayed in previously. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

The room was exactly as described and the perfect size for our large family. We weren't stepping over each other to get around and there were plenty of spaces to sit. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking as well as tableware. There is security at the entrance to ensure only guests are able to get in, which brought some peace of mind about parking in the garage. There was also security in the common area and pools. The unit was great, but the main property doesn't seem to be managed well. When we arrived at 4pm two of the four elevators were down. We were told by an employee they had been down since 11am that day. We had parked on level seven of the garage- since only two units were working they were always full. We had to hike down to level 1 with all of our luggage and it still took OVER AN HOUR to get to our room. The elevators were repaired during the stay but still were very slow and a point of tension for everyone at the location. One night the fire alarm kept going off in another unit on our floor and was very disruptive. The front desk said no one was cooking or smoking which indicated the system was faulty. Overall, we were very happy with our unit, the beach, and the pools and would stay again-assuming the condo owners put pressure on the building maintenance staff to overhaul the infrastructure of the building.

This was our second time at this property and it went just as easy as the first. Great for kids, the pool and slide are always a hit. The condo was clean and check in easy. Beds were comfortable and full size w/d always helpful. Will stay again.
