Enjoy your time in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Phoenix VIII condo that is close to many fun activities and attractions in Orange Beach. The Gulf-front corner condo on the 6th floor sleeps up to 8 guests.

The living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, a recliner, swivel chair, ottoman and wicker arm chair. It also includes a large flatscreen television and a storage cabinet.

Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen; serve meals on the granite countertops, and sit in frontof the breakfast bar on 3 counter stools. You also have a large dining table with four chairs and bench, which overlooks the gulf through floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with matching furniture, a flatscreen television, balcony access, and a bathroom with a marble vanity counter, and a walk-in shower with sliding glass door.

The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and a flatscreen television, and the third bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a flatscreen television. The second bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination.

Enjoy exquisite views of the Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass on the condo’s wrap around balcony fitted with a table and 4 chairs, two rockers and a chaise lounge. Relax and enjoy everything coastal living has to offer.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

    The condo had a great gulf/pool view. The full-length windows in the living/dining area added to the outside view. The corner balcony was great for outdoor socializing and viewing. The bedrooms were spacious with adequate storage capacity. We had a maintenance issue with electrical wiring visible from the hall ceiling smoke detector. Property management and maintenance corrected the issue within two days. Property management was very response to the issues disclosed. Overall, the condo was great for the value. Hope to be back in the Orange Beach area soon!

    We loved staying here. It was clean and very nice. We loved loved the patio. We spent 90% of our time on it. Great place for family to stay.

    We enjoyed our vacation here. The property was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The recliner was broken (which was not a big deal for us) but we contacted the property manager about that and got a quick response.
